~*~HARRY POTTER AND THE SAVAGE GARDEN CONCERT~*~
~*~Chapter Four~*~

The concert wasn't going to start for another hour and a half, so Ron, Harry and Hermione had plenty of time to chat.

"Have you two been to a concert before?" asked Harry. This was his first time - not counting the Triwizard Tournament Ball that happened not too long ago.

"I saw Celestina Warbeck when I was little," replied Ron. "Ministry Of Magic's function. Mum and Dad had to bring me, they couldn't find a babysitter."

"I've only seen concerts on TV - you know, Backstreet Boys, Destiny's Child, et cetera," said Hermione. "This is my first live - and somehow I know this will be the BEST." She opened her bag - they smuggled it in using Harry's invisibility coat, which Hermione asked to bring - and took out a fat, delicious pumpkin pastry.

"Hey, wait a minute," exclaimed Harry. "You've had that pastry since we came back from Hogwarts!"

"Yeah, I brought them for Darren and Daniel," said Hermione, looking dreamily into space. "Sigh...aren't they divine..."

"So THAT was your 'new boyfriend'," teased Ron, barely missing Hermione's Every Flavour Bean (which, incidentally, was of rock flavour). "I could have guessed as much." He took a bean from the packet - tree - and tossed it back at Hermione.

"Hey, stop wasting those beans!" said Hermione. "What are the guys going to eat if we're having a food fight?"

"Exactly," said Harry. "And PLEASE don't make me hungry. I don't want my stomach to grumble or me having to go to the toilet during the concert."

"Urgh, don't spoil my appetite - or theirs," replied Hermione, making a face and pointing at a full-size poster of Savage Garden hanging by the walls.

"I bet you I can make Darren and Daniel swap clothing," said Hermione sneakily, grinning at the poster.

"Don't!" warned Ron. "The Muggles would notice!"

"The place is so darn dark, how are they going to realize it?" snapped Hermione. "Besides, it would be a nice touch!" She pointed her wand at the poster and muttered a complicated spell. Going past Ron's attempt to block it, the magic went from Hermione's wand to the poster, and soon Daniel was wearing a bead necklace and a black T-Shirt while Darren had a blue suit on. Hermione was smirking at her success while Ron and Harry rolled their eyes. Just then...

"Cool move," said a voice from backstage. "But see if you can do this!"

A slim beam of light emitted from the backstage and hit the poster. Soon the 'Darren' and 'Daniel' of the poster were swapping clothes and hairstyles, looking bewildered by the minute. The trio were impressed.

"WHOA!" they gasped simutaneously. "How did you do that?"

"Practice - and a lot of luck," replied the voice. Just then someone came out from the backstage, walking towards the front of the stage. The stage was dark, so the only thing visible was a shadow of someone wearing a long flowing robe, sitting down on the edge of the stage, twirling his wand around.

"Lumos," that figure said, and the trio couldn't believe their eyes.

It was none other than Darren Hayes himself.
