NAME: Barbara Ilhuicamina.
NICKNAME(S): "Barubi-chan" (By Rei's Grandfather), "Richie Rich" or "Strawberry Shortcake" (despectives Purita gave her), "Mikami" (a nickname for other schoolmates, due to her looking).
BIRTHDATE: December 14 (Sagittarius).
BIRTHPLACE: Topolobampo, Sonora.
BLOOD TYPE: B+.
BEST SUBJECT: Phys. Ed. and English.
WORST SUBJECT: Any other.
FUKU COLORS: Blue, Red, Yellow and Green.
LIKES: To assign nicknames to others, to fool on others, play basketball, shopping, Sailor Senshi, Foreign Laguages, and anything sounding like english.
DISLIKES: Politics, "chilango" stuff (normally is a despective way to name people from Mexico City, but Barbara uses it to referr about anything sounding "too mexican"), having to live under bodyguarding, Purita's fighting style.

HISTORY
Honesty, is he a straight descendent of the sixth Mexico-Tenochtitlan's Emperor (Huey Tlatoani), Motecuzoma Ilhuicamina, as himself quotes? Nobody know for sure, but is undeniably that Mr. Plutarco Ilhuicamina as build up a solid reputation in Mexico's Diplomatic Service.
Son of a very wealth family in Sonora, young Plutarco enjoyed a spectacular rise in his state politics, even being elected as Municipality President of a small town near his ranch at Topolobampo.
A lot of people though he would made a run for the State's Government, or even reach a Federal Secretary, when scandal struck on his family: His son and an indian woman, who lived and worked in the ranch, were found murdered, and his daughter-in-law disappeared, aparently because he had a daughter out of matrimony. Mr. Plutarco took the girl, and named her Barbara.
Scared by scandal, and possible threats by his son's former wife family, Plutarco decided that his only choice to remain in politics was Foreign Service. Leaving his grand-daughter under tutelage of one of his sisters, Plutarco served as an employee at Mexican Embassy's at Papua-New Guinea and Germany, while Bárbara took her first two years of elementary school.
After a suspectful accident (which he took as an attempt of murder against Barbara), he took the girl with him to Oklahoma, where he became an assistant for the Mexican Consulate. They spent two more years there, until Mr. Ilhuicamina was assigned to the Mexican Embassy in Japan.
Barbara studied two more years there, at the exclusive T*A Private School for Women, and as probably you all have already imaginated, one of her classmates was a girl named Rei Hino.
But Rei and Barbara relationship never was precisely of "Friendship". Rei really disliked the freely and noisy temper of that mexican girl, and Barbara always thougt Rei was plainly Square. To make matters worse for Rei, that same temper allowed Barbara to build up a good friendship her Grandfather, who really liked Barbara and tried to name her "Barbie" with his marked japanese accent, finally naming her "Barubi-chan".
All of this happened before Rei knew her identity as Sailor Mars and met Usagui and the others. But Barbara was a secret fan of Sailor V, and soon after she went back to Mexico, she began to heard in the news about the Sailor Senshi.
After a year of secondary school in another expensive private college, one fine day, just to make a joke on her grandfather, Bárbara decided to inscribe herself in a modest public school, precisely the same where Milagros and Malinalli were studying. Coincidence... or Destiny?
Bárbara is a consumated "Malinchista", because she prefers anything foreign over mexican (like Coyolxauhqui, she prefers to be named "Sailor" instead of "Yaocihuatl"), and has a laugh quite similar to Emerald's, but she shares a great quality with the other girls of the group, not many common in Latin-American women. She´s not recentful. Once somebody controls her (and none seems better than tiny Purita for such quest), she's not afraid to apology.
She also has a deep love and talent for basketball. She dreams to some day be able to play in back in Oklahoma University, and maybe in the WNBA.
Her name, "Bárbara", means "Came from North", while the last name "Ilhuicamina" (the same of Emperor Motecuzoma I), means "Cosmical Archer".
POWERS
Tonantzin Uehcamitl, Ollin! (Our Holy mother Foreign Arrow, Make Up!), her Transformation: After calling her henshin, Barbara's body begins to shine in a very dark color, and releases her Nahuiollin. While it flies slowly to its place, she assumes a stance like a karate-guard, with lengs open shoulder-wide and knees slightly bent, fist closed and turned upwards at the sides of her hips. When the Nahuiollin reaches her chest, black ribbons emerge from it forming her fuku, which appears finished after an explosion of color. Then she stands up and puts her left hand over her forehead, much like Sailor Moon at the end of her first henshin.
Teo Itzmitl, Ehua! (Obsidian Arrow Energy, Fly!): Itzpapalotl knelts while moving her left hand over her head, and takes as many energy-made arrows as she wants (normally from 1 to 4). While she starts her phrase she aims, while kneeling her right knee, and her upper body makes a movement quite similar to "Mars Flame Sniper". Then she releases the arrows, which fly to her enemy, and she even can direct to different sites each arrow, at her will.
