“ELMEKIA LANCE!” Lina cried, as an immense light gathered in her palm, the area around her crackled with energy. She released the spell, striking into the chest of a gruesome Mazoku beast. The beast staggered backwards then chuckled, brushing the spell off like dust. Lina sighed, and rested her hand’s on her knee’s, growing restless. The Mazoku began walking towards Lina, with a slimy grin on his face.

“Now now, little witch...why don’t you stay out of our way? You wont be able to defeat us under Master Zelas’ order’s. After all...Mazoku’s just wanna have fun.”

Lina looked up as the beast shot a high speed spell at the little sorceress. She closed her eye’s preparing to be hit with hot pain. She opened her eye’s when she didn’t feel anything at all. Gourry had jumped in front of Lina, protecting her from the blast by reflecting it with his sword.

“Gourry...” Lina said softly, gripping at her side, at the pain that throbbed through her petite body. The Mazoku snarled and reached after Gourry.

“How dare you get in the way of my kill! Someone should teach this insolent child some manner’s!” The Mazoku chuckled and slashed his claw’s at Gourry, who was trying his best to block and shield the attack’s. He looked over his shoulder periodically, checking on his companion.

“Lina, are you OK?” Lina panted lightly, standing straight and summoning a spell. Gourry gasped at the Mazoku coming up behind her.

“Lina, watch out!” Gourry barked, turning his attention’s away from the attacking Mazoku, and reaching out to Lina, who blinked at him confused.

“Astral Vine!”

Zelgadis came out of no where slashing his magically empowered sword across the back of the Mazoku who was coming up behind Lina. Lina gasped as the Mazoku Gourry turned away from hit him dead in the back, with an astral spell. Gourry winced and cried out in pain as the sword of light dropped from his hand. He soon followed, hitting the ground with a dull thud. Lina grew cold, then ran to him. Turning him onto his back, and putting her ear to his chest, listening for his heart beat. She sighed in relief as the rhythmic sound of his beating heart reached her ear’s. She rose and glared at the Mazoku, her ruby eye’s flashing with anger and chaos.

“You’re SO dead Mazoku, I wont forgive you now, you and the rest of your kind will burn in the nine hell’s for all eternity. I wont let you take the one’s I love any longer!” Lina cried as tear’s streamed down her face. Zelgadis put his back against Lina’s, protecting her and Gourry from behind.

“L-lina...” Gourry shakily said before growing unconscious. Lina reached down and collected the Sword of light.

“Lina, what are you planning to do now?” Zelgadis asked, eyeing the surrounding’s.

“I’m going to end this... In Amelia’s memory. I wont let them take over her kingdom.”

“Lina?”

“Take Gourry and create a shield over what’s left of Saillune.”

“Lina!?”

Lina looked over at Zelgadis, smiling slightly, glistening tear’s steaming down her pale, dirty face. Zelgadis nodded his head and sheathed his sword. He reached down and collected the injured swordsman in his arm’s. He turned back to face Lina. Lina smiled and put her hand on his shoulder.

“Thank you Zel...”

“...Don’t die Lina.”

“I never fail, Zel, you know that!...”

Lina squeezed his shoulder slightly, and bent down softening her eye’s at Gourry. She slid her gloved finger’s over his cheek as she turned away from them. Zelgadis lowered his eye’s and summoned a Ray wing to Fly Gourry and himself to safety. Lina held the sword before her, as the radiant glow of the Sword of Light lit the area around her.

“I never fail...”

Amelia woke to the soft brushing of gloved finger tip’s against her cheek. She sighed softly believing that all the horror she faced was nothing but a crude nightmare. She was safe. Safe and warm. She fluttered her eye’s open to blink at the figure before her, stroking her face lovingly.

“Z-Zelgadis...?”

A lull giggle made Amelia focus her blurry eye’s.

“Not quite, Princess.”

Amelia gasped and blinked her frightened blue eye’s at the familiar Mazoku man before her.

“Xelloss?”

“The one and only...”

Xelloss pulled his hand away from her, put his staff underneath his arm and crossed his arm’s across his chest, gazing down at the Princess with that smart ass smirk of his.

“W-where are we?”

“Welcome to Wolf Pack Island...home to the infamous Zelas Metallium, my master...”

Amelia sat up and looked around. She was in a rather large room, which stone wall’s were hung with beautiful tapestry’s and other incredible treasures. They seemed to be alone. Which gave Amelia the hibby jeebies.

“Where is everyone, Xelloss, and how’d I get here?”

“I’m afraid Lina and the other’s are a bit busy defending your Kingdom from the Mazoku attack.”

Amelia shook her head and gasped, as the realization set in.

“It...wasn’t a nightmare...I’m D-dead?”

Xelloss smiled and tipped Amelia’s face up to his.

“Dead? No no no...Come now, would the great Xelloss Metallium let a friend of his parish? I think not...”

Amelia’s hand’s searched over her torso, blinking confused eye’s when nor pain nor blood was sought out. It would have seemed that Xelloss had healed her body while she was unconscious. Which was strange enough for a Mazoku to practice white magic. Amelia blinked up at his cheerful features, as tear’s stinged her eye’s, threatening to over flow. Xelloss’ smile widened, pleasuring the moment as Amelia shrank away from his touch. He bent down and brushed his pale lip’s against her forehead.

“There, there, Princess. No need to cry, you shall see your beloved companion’s soon enough.” Xelloss said softly, a slight seriousness not usually heard in his voice, a tone in his voice that only seemed to frighten her more.

"Darkness from twilight...crimson from blood that flows...buried in the flow of time...in Thy great name, I pledge myself to darkness! Those who oppose us shall be destroyed by the power you and I possess!...DRAGU SLAVE!"

"tasogare yori mo kuraki mono...chi no nagare yori akaki mono...toki no nagare ni uzumore shi...idai na nanji no na ni oite...ware, koko ni yami ni chikawan...warera ga mae ni tachi fusagari shi...subete no oroka naru mono ni...ware to nanji ga chikara mote...hitoshiku horobi o ataen koto o!"

Zelgadis winced as great masses of crimson cloud’s swirled about Lina’s distant figure. He turned away and touched his stone hand against the ancient wall of the great palace of Saillune. The better half of it would survive no doubt... but as for the little home’s that surrounded near the foot of the White Kingdom, would be destroyed by the power of Lina’s incredible Dragon Slave. Zelgadis knew what pain Amelia would feel for the loss of her people, if she were still alive...He sighed inwardly and leaned against the wall, focusing his energy to create a massive shield that spread over the castle, acting as a great fortress. He wasn’t exactly sure how long he would be able to hold the shield, but he would try until the full extent of his body grew limp and fell unconscious. As Lina said...In Amelia’s memory. He blinked open his eye’s briefly to make sure Gourry was safe within the protective bubble. It was all up to Lina now...

“I’ve never heard of this...Zelas Metallium...”

Xelloss continued to look forward, while walking through the great hall of the darkened castle. Amelia strolled shakily beside him, a bit weak from her healing. She decided that small talk would make herself more comfortable around the rather mysterious Mazoku. Xelloss smiled as ever and turned to her.

“Zelas~Sama will just LOVE you...” He snickered briefly coming to two large door’s in which a large figure completely hidden within the fabric of a cloak, waved them past. Amelia felt her heart beat quicken within her chest as she passed through the door’s into a candle lit throne room. Now was definitely not the time to discuss the little thing’s of life with a Mazoku Lord over tea. Her eye’s clenched as she swallowed hard, over the thought of her father...her friend’s... her kingdom...all lost. Or would everything turn out peaches as it usually did? Oh god’s she hoped. Amelia train of thought came to a stop when a glamorous woman made herself seen. Her body was thin and tall, and she moved with a grave that hypnotized Amelia in a great sense of majestic beauty. Her hair long a very light lavender, strewn with strains of glittering silver. Her eye’s were the most beautiful aspect of the Mazoku Lord, a keen sparkling yellow. As though of a wolves. Hm. The Greater Beast-Master...Zelas Metallium. Her name and essence would now be stamped and branded in the princess’ mind, forever known. Xelloss swiftly greeted the woman who slowly offered her hand. Xelloss rested down on his knee, gathering her hand and gratefully kissing her pale flesh that constricted her angelic hand.

“Greeting’s, my General priest.” Her voice, firm, yet beautiful, rang within the silent chamber. Xelloss nodded and rose to his feet directing his ladies attention to the bewildered princess.

“I see we have a guest...and who is this charming girl, Xelloss?" With a delicate wave of her hand, a cigarette appeared between her slender finger’s. She rested her elbow upon her other hand and blinked her stunning eye’s towards Amelia.

“My Mistress...I would like you to meet the oh so infamous....Amelia Will Tesla Saillune.” Xelloss smirked and bowed, extending his arm out as to introduce Amelia. Zelas simply smiled and slightly narrowed her eye’s. Bringing her red lip’s to the butt of the cigarette and inhaling deeply. She stepped forward as Amelia stayed silent, not sure what to do nor say. The Beast master walked around the impish Princess, seeming as if sizing her up. Amelia swallowed deeply again and pushed back her fear’s. Perhaps The Mazoku Lord would be the key to unlocking the safety of her people and companions.

“A pleasure, Master Zelas.” Amelia bowed formally. Zelas chuckled throaty as she exhaled the smoke from her cigarette into Amelia’s face. Smiling as she choked and waved her hand across her face. She gazed at Amelia’s wide blue eye’s when she rose.

“Hmmm...so formal, Princess... And how is the lovely kingdom of Saillune?” She asked smugly, as she walked herself back to her jewel studded throne. She sat and examined Amelia from afar.

“...As if you didn’t know.” Amelia said, not quite in her chipper voice. Zelas seemed to act as if she was confused, then as her lip’s curled into a grim smirk.

“Oh, I see...The Mazoku attack...must...have...slipped my mind.”

She gave Xelloss a small smile as she waved her hand’s in little circle’s, crossing her leg’s.

“Tell me, Mrs. Zelas...Are you the fiend behind this senseless war!?”

“Your be taught well to hold your tongue, Princess.”

“Forgive me for my blatant rudeness, your highness...”

Zelas nodded and gazed at her coolly. “Mm...as my right arm would say...’Sore wa...himitsu desu’...”

Amelia grumbled under her breath, but continued to stay formal under the circumstances.

‘I must do what is necessary for the promotion of my kin, Princess...it has come to my knowledge that your kingdom has been intrusted with a weapon beyond the lord’s imagination.”

“W-weapon?”

“That’s right... have you not heard of the Armor of the Knight of Cephid?”

Amelia blinked, stunned at her sudden word’s. Xelloss came forward slowly and silently, sensing his presence behind her, Amelia quickly turned around, before even being able to let out a shocked scream she was unconscious against the chamber floor, in one swift sleeping spell. Zelas turned her attention to the ever so smug Xelloss.

“What in L~Sama’s name was that for?”

“Perhaps we should continue on with the plan’s before we give out any information that could be harmful to the task at hand, ne?”

Zelas’ ruby lip’s fluttered into a delicate grin as she rose from her throne and teasingly walked towards her General priest.

“Always the business man, no, Xelloss?”

Xelloss simply chuckled and knelt down, collecting Amelia’s unconscious body. Xellos winked one of his eye’s open grinning at his master.

“Hai, Mistress.”

Zelas waved towards the door’s.

“Take her to my bedroom chamber, and wait there for me.”

“As you wish, M’lady.”

With a formal bow, Xelloss took the liberty of transporting himself and the princess. Zelas walked towards the gothic window and gazed out upon the features of the new moon. Everything she has planned out so far was going as she would hope. The weak race of humanity would tremble at her name when she had collected to armor. And what best way then to have Lina Inverse’s companion on the mazoku side? Lina and her companions wouldn’t be able to harm their old companion and friend, now would they? She mused softly. Yes, everything was going as expected.

“Now, let’s have some fun.”

A Dragon Slave, empowered with the Sword of Light. Lina stood rigid...sweating and gritting her teeth as she stepped back, releasing everything her little body could, trying her best to keep the spell in tact. Great Crimson fire swirled over the beam of the sword, emitting it with a red glare that Lina winced at. She slugged the blade over her head and with all her might...kept her promise to Amelia.

“DRAAAGON...SLLLAVE!”

The shifting on the earth...

Zelgadis gasped at the Demon glow of Lina’s Magically amplified Dragon slaved, he pressed his other hand against the castle wall, growling as the blast of the spell hit against his barrier.

“ C’mon Zel...You can do this.”

The pressure of Lina’s spell against his own was incredible. Zelgadis groaned as the pressure compacted his body against the castle. He pried his eye’s open to make sure Gourry was safe. When he made sure of that he closed his eye’s tightly and put all of his strength towards Amelia’s dying wish.

“Everyone’s counting on me...I can do this...I can do this...I will do this.”

Zelgadis pushed everything aside and growled as the barrier reflected with a tighter bond, pushing Lina’s spell away from the Kingdom. It seemed as if it wouldn’t end. Zelgadis knew there wasn’t much left in him. His body was slowly growing week, as he stumbled to his knee’s, still concentrating on the spell as ever.

“Lina! Lina hurry, I can’t hold out any longer!” Zelgadis cried as his body began trembling with the ferocity of the blast. Finally the blast’s heard from before, and the pressure of the spell subsided. Zelgadis gave a curse of praise before his body fell limp against the blood tainted ground of Saillune.

Lina gasped and fell to her knee’s as the red glare of the sword slowly diminished. She looked about her surrounding’s. With the help of Zelgadis she had managed to save a little less than half of the city of Saillune. The rest... Oh god’s. Those people... all gone. Lina rose a shaking hand to her forehead and swiped the sweat away from her brow. Her fiery orange hair blew around her sweat stricken face. it was so quiet. Lina grabbed at her side. The pain, dull and aching. So quiet... The heat from the spell seemed to have demolished all the flourish and live stock in it’s path. Everything was desolate and so silent. She glanced over her shoulder, blinking her watery ruby eye’s towards what was left of the Kingdom of Saillune. The masquerade of Mazoku’s were destroyed. every last one it would have seemed. The sky’s were a bitch of Crimson that made Lina sick from the muggy heat. Her breath’s were shallow and un even as she gazed upon once the most well known cities in the nation. She choked back a sob...as she hanged her head and shakily got to her feet.

“Phil...Amelia...I’m sorry.”

She was able to protect the castle and her companion’s. But at what cost...?

Zelas leaned over and softly took Amelia’s chin within her hand. She gazed down lovingly upon her sleeping features, as she brought her mouth over hers in a chaste kissed. Xelloss smiled standing near the door, eye’s closed as always, waiting for his master’s word to proceed. Amelia winced in her deep sleep but made no move to open her eye’s. Zelas retreated from her mouth and stroked her hand through the raven lock’s of hair.

“Amelia...it’s time to wake.” She whispered softly as Amelia blinked lazily, turning confused eye’s up to the Beast Master. She cringed as she leaned down again and swiped he lip’s over her forehead.

“Welcome back to the world of the living...”

“Where am I?” She asked, wearily. Zelas drank in her fear like a fine wine. She smiled and bowed her head lightly as her hair fell over her shoulder’s like that of a waterfall.

“My bedroom chamber, I thought perhaps we could talk... get to learn each other better.”

She ended with a wicked smile that in return made Amelia close her eye’s and sigh inwardly. Amelia opened her eye’s and found the hidden Xelloss in the shadow’s near the door.. The room was exquisite. The bed was large and was covered with thick covlet’s of cold. Thin sheet’s of silk fell from the ceiling, hanging above them. She turned her attention back to the Mistress.

“If you wanted to talk to me, then why is he here?” Amelia asked sternly pointing towards Xelloss’ figure.

A slight chuckle was hear from the shadow’s. Zeal’s and narrowed her eye’s down at the princess.

“Xelloss is needed.”

“Needed? I don’t unders-”

Zelas brought her lip’s to Amelia’s neck and whispered softly, her moist lip’s tickling the constricted flesh of Amelia’s neck. “Tell me, Amelia...Do you believe in justice?”

Amelia winced and arched her back slightly. She feared at the turn of the event’s, But kept silent and made no move to stop the beast master’s action’s. She gave a slight sound of discomfort as Zelas’’ hand found her bared thigh.

“Y-yes...I do.”

“Mmm...is that so? Then tell me Princess, why do so many suffer under the hand’s of the god’s?”

“I...”

Amelia was cut as the beast master cupped her hand between her leg’s, bring Amelia to a sudden shocked gasp.

“Please stop!”

Zelas continued despite Amelia’s feeble protest.

“If there is justice... then why are the people you love and care for being tortured? Why is it women get raped, men die fighting for their family and land, children feeling the same wrath of grown men and women, for something they had no control over, no heed in helping...hm? Why do so many innocent human’s suffer? So much death...so much pain... I can help you, Princess. I can help you wash away the pain and anguish...that is if you help me...”

The beast master continued talking in a soft determined voice, while unbuttoning Amelia’s clothing. Amelia turned her side, and breathed in short spurt’s, vision blurred by the weld of tear’s that dripped from her waxen cheek’s.

“It’s not true... there is Justice...there is.”

“Oh...? I disagree... Surely if there was justice so much pain and suffering would not exist. Your Mother wouldn’t have been killed, your sister wouldn’t have left you to take over her position as the crowned princess of Saillune, and your kingdom wouldn’t be on the verge of destruction...oh and of course your father wouldn’t be in the agonizing pain he is now.” Zelas dropped her voice a notch lower, removing Amelia’s tunic and tights without a fight being put up at all. Amelia choked back the lump in her throat and cried freely, throwing herself in the beast master’s open arm’s, trembling with each broken sob with the horror’s reality. Zelas stroked her long finger’ through her ebony hair and smiled coyly.

“There, there, little one...the truth hurt’s yes Ii know. But it is the truth never the less. Not all is lost though, Princess. I can help you bring justice to those that have hurt the one’s you love, and yourself. But you must trust me. Because you see there is no justice, only victims of those that believe in such a foolish thing. You-...WE can change that, Princess. Do you trust me?”

Amelia’s sob’s subsided as she nuzzled into the warmth and comfort of the gentle woman’s touch. She sat silently for a moment, turning over the event’s in her mind. Giving you everything she believed and stood for, or letting the one’s she loved parish in bitter memory and fault. What a decision.

“Amelia?”

“Yes...” Amelia said quickly, Blinking up at tall mistress. Zelas grinned and cupped her hand’s to support Amelia’s cheek’s and jaw line.

“You have a made a wise decision, Amelia, You wont regret it.”

She slowly bent down and slanted her mouth over Amelia’s, in a possessive manner. She worked her tongue through Amelia’s lip’s flicking her tongue at hers in delicate velvety caresses. Amelia winced and pulled away leaning her chin against the beast master’s slender shoulder.

“I can free you from your pain... But you have to allow me to, Princess.”

Amelia simply nodded and leaned against the bed. Not exactly knowing just how Zelas would do to accomplish that goal. Her mind clouded as Zelas’ hand’s stroked over her body, memorizing it’s beloved contour’s. She blinked over towards the shadow’s, summoning Xelloss forth. Amelia opened her eye’s to find Xelloss smiling down at her, naked and fully aroused. She blushed and looked away. Zelas turned her chin towards her and smiled, softening her gaze at Amelia’s frightened blue eye’s.

“Don’t be afraid, the pain will be quick...”

Amelia shook her head side to side, as new tear’s formed and trickled down her face. Zelas knelt down and possessed her lip’s once again, while wiping the warm tear’s away from her cheek’s. Amelia shrugged away as she felt Xelloss’ hand’s catch her knee’s and spread her leg’s apart.

“No, please stop!”

Neither Xelloss’ nor Zelas seemed to hear Amelia’s plea’s. Amelia struggled slightly, but Zelas held her wrist’s tightly against the bed and nodded for the Mmazoku to proceed. Xelloss reached down and hooked his thumb’s within the elastic band of her underwear, removing them and tossing them over his shoulder. He looked over to his master opening his eye’s to reveal sparkling violet slit’s of Mazoku eye’s. He looked at her questionably as he climbed over the princess who continued to plead.

“Continue..” Zelas said demandingly as she her lip’s twitched into a wicked smile. Xelloss nodded, never changing his expression, serious, and determined. He knelt his head forward and reached down to grasp his manhood as he slowly began entering Amelia. The Princess grew completely still, sobbing continuously as Xelloss Length filled her tight passage. He came to a sudden halt then with a quick buck of his hip’s he ripped through the passage that symbolized Amelia’s virginity. Time stopped. Amelia gasped, her body going rigid, back arched as clasped her eye’s tightly shut and screamed in agony...The last thing she remembered was Zelas’ sleek, eye’s peering down her, a content smile resting on her lip’s.

...No Justice...
