Pisceans are imaginative, compassionate, and kind people. Dreamy and sensitive, Pisceans are blessed with the gift of deep intuition. They live in a world of feelings, and their actions are guided by their emotions. With strong imaginations, Pisceans sometimes merge their fantasies with reality. They need time to sit back and think about what calls out to them in life. Kind and compassionate, Pisceans empathy for their fellow human beings makes it hard for them not to care even when it interferes with their own lives. Pisceans are open, and sometimes feel like an emotional sponge, absorbing both positive and negative energy from those around them. This lack of boundaries sometimes leaves them feeling drained, and to recharge themselves, they need time to relax and rest privately. Pisceans are vulnerable to losing their identity by pouring themselves into other people. They feel almost instinctively that they need to merge with something greater. This desire can take them from devoting themselves to religion, to the degradation of alcoholism. Both extremes are extremely possible for Pisceans. Unsure of how they feel, their indecision can pull them in two very different directions. Which way they choose is a test of their wisdom and strength of character. On occasion, a Piscean's sensitivity may make life painful and difficult. They may be tempted to escape, but by facing these challenges courageously, they can reap awards in the most impossible situations. Pisceans are romantic, creative, and full of love with great potential for happiness and lasting joy.

Pisceans need the opportunity to use their emotional energy in whatever they do. They're versatile and adaptable, with strong imaginations that are fulfilled in both the arts and the sciences. They're happiest in a career that allows them to express their joy in being alive. Pisceans are in essence very compassionate and caring Many are attracted to the healing professions, and they make great doctors, nurses, and counselors. Pisceans also enjoy the freedom of scientific research, and others enjoy diving into religion and exploring the many mysteries of the universe. Pisceans make great actors, dancers, painters, writers and musicians as well, being able to take advantage of their creative side. Pisceans work best with Taureans, Cancers, Virgoans, Scorpios, Sagittarians, Capricorns, Aquarians, and other Pisceans. They find Ariens, Geminians, Leos, and Librans either too harsh, or too lazy.

Pisceans are open to meeting new people, but their initial shyness can make them seem elusive. They have powerful emotions, and these dictate much of their behavior. Pisceans are natural listeners, and their ready sympathy makes many seek out their company. They lack discrimination, and thus become unsure of how to spend their time and energy. Experience teaches them to choose their friends cautiously. Pisceans enjoy relaxing and tranquil settings, places that take them "away from it all." Extremely loyal, Pisceans regard their friendships as the most precious things they can have. Once a good bond has been established, they treat it with care and respect. Instinctively loyal, they rally round at the slightest hint of trouble. Sometimes they can be over-protective, but for the most part are willing to defend their friends fiercely. They remember their true friends, and most of their friendships are life-time commitments. Pisceans get along best with Ariens, Taureans, Cancers, Leos, Virgoans, Librans, Scorpios, Sagittarians, Capricorns, Aquarians and other Pisceans.
