Ok.. well.. now I'm gonna cheat my way around a bit coz this is an anime page and some of the following info. is based on the BSSM manga (and it's in a diff. format than the other pages). Anyhow, the Amazoness Quartet are a group of bad guys from Sailormoon SuperS. They come in after the Amazon Trio (who rAwK!), and are after people's Dream Mirrors (specifically the Golden Mirror, where Helios is hiding out). Now what are Dream Mirrors you ask? Loooong story. Let's just say that Helios dwells in the Dream Mirror of a pure-hearted maiden (Chibi-Usa), and that the Quartet is under the direction of Queen Neherina, who's after Helios. Why are they working for Neherina? Because she managed to convince them that if they grew up they wouldn't be able to dream, but if they worked for her she'd give them magic balls to help keep them young (despite the skimpy clothing the girls are pretty young).
In the manga they convert to good and become the Asteroid Senshi: Sailors Juno, Vesta, Ceres and Pallas (see how they're all named after the largest asteroids in the Asteroid Belt). In the anime however, they just turn to human beings. Jun Jun ~ JunJun is one of the fairly tough members of the Quartet. She herself is sort of like the "enforcer".. along with VesVes at any rate. She wears green and has a (surprise!) green magic ball.
CereCere/ Sailor Ceres ~ CereCere seems like she's the soft one, but looks can be deceiving. CereCere is a mastermind at being devious and tricky, so looking innocent works all too well to her advantage. She's got pink hair and yellow magic ball.
VesVes /Sailor Vesta ~ VesVes is the redhead! She's kinda like the leader in a way, and she HATES authority. And she's got a whip. And she's good at using it (ya don't wanna mess with her!). She's really very tough and almost beat Zirconia once in battle (Zirconia is Neherina's underling).
PallaPalla ~ PallaPalla is my personal favorite coz she's very much like me.. in a sad sort of way ^_~. Ahem, anyhow, PallaPalla is psycho! She's REALLY into talking about herself in the third person and stuff too (i.e. PallaPalla wants to do this, PallaPalla wants to do that). And she's got blue hair and a matching blue magic ball. Oh, and a li'l technical thing w/ the spelling of her name.. "l" and "r" are pronounced similarly in Japanese, so PallaPalla's name is also spelled "ParaPara," which is totally legal, but there's no official English transliteration, so (to avoid confusion) when one person writes about ParaPara and the other writes about PallaPalla they're talking about the same person.
