Much later, the Dark Kingdom's minions found their way to Earth. They knew that the Moon Princess and the Sailor Soldiers had been reborn, and they plotted to acquire the Holy Silver Crystal for the revival of Queen Metallia.

Queen Metallia was eventually revived. She took over the body of Queen Beryl for her final confrontation with the Moon Princess. She became a gigantic, green-haired version of Queen Beryl in a red dress. Queen Metallia was again defeated by the power of the Holy Silver Crystal, but this time, it was for good.
