my last confession."
	"Go ahead, my child."
	"I have lusted after my sister's fiance in both male and female 
forms.  I have had vivid fantasies about chopping up P-chan and Mr. Panda 
and serving them for dinner...and enjoyed them.  I took my father's 
cigarettes and hid them where he can't find them...again.  And--and...I 
walked in on Dr. Toufuu when he was with a patient.  Deliberately."
	"And why did you do that?"
	"The patient was my sister Nabiki."
	"My child, we've talked before about these fits of jealousy you 
have.  Since neither you have declared your interest in each other, you 
have no right to insist on his sole attention, even if he were interested 
in other women."
	"You're right, Father.  I'm sorry."
	"Well, I think 50 Hail Marys, 25 Our Fathers, and an extra pan of 
those delicious fudge brownies for the parish bake sale this weekend will 
do as penance."
	Yes, thank you.  You have no idea how much this helps, Father.  
Sometimes I think I'm going to break down and scream in public, but 
confession and prayer always brings me back to normal."
	"Go with God, my child."

	This fic was inspired by Richard Lawson's noting that Kasumi 
wears a cross several times during the manga, leaving open the 
possibility that she's a Christian.  (Or her mother may have been...)
