Tsuchiya Kei... Two

If you haven't read about Kei in episodes 28-44, you may want to read Kei...One under this link.


Kei disappears from the show after episode 44 and does not return until the end of episode 55. During his "disappearance", he pulled his life together and has matured rapidly into a totally different person. He returns because he now has the confidence to ask Miki to be his girlfriend, to become the kind of man that Miki would want.

Little does he know about Michael! Michael wants to pick a fight with Kei! But Kei only responds with a cool and calm attitude, by grabbing Michael's hand with his own, commanding Michael to let go of him. Kei, he really has grown up!

One may not like Kei-kun's character in the 2nd season, but when one sees him in the 3rd season, one may get to like him a lot. Kei plays an important role in the 3rd season of Marmalade Boy and has become one of the most romantic characters in the show.
