Balrog is one of the 4 chosen warriors of Shadowloo, the largest crime syndicates in the world. He acts as a rep in Shadowloo affairs and business. His only fight with Honda, (during Ken and Ryu's reunion) visually ends when he and Honda fall off a cliff.
