Being the main character, Ryu is the most hunted man in the anime! He fights many fighters (most of them skilled) and carries a legendary power. Being careless of fame and glory, his main intentions include the growth of his power and skill. This power is the reason of Bison's choice to find Ryu, make Ryu his Chosen One, and to teach him Psycho Power. Unlike his rival Ken, Ryu fights only to further his skill. His encounters include a large battle with Sagat, a very short match with an unknown fighter, a difficult fight with me, enduring almost everything Ken can dish out, an encounter with Bison, and the defeat of Bison with Ken.
