Taxi Driver
This role was made by my cousins Nick and Adam Gaffney
The regular sleze of the city. The character is a normal taxi driver, or abnormal if the role player chooses. The player starts out with a car, bought or rented for about 200 a month from the taxi service, and a medalian, bought for 1500 or rented for 50 a month. The character can go around when ever they want to get money but you have to make sure they pay the rent for the cab or else they get a free car.

Fix Rate is an intellegence or cool(depending on the situation) based skill. The skill has to do with fixing the rate, in other words taking the longest route possible to get more money. The REF has to deside how difficult the task is depending on the charatcer's fix rate skill and the perosn being fix rated intelligence.
Robber
The robber is just a robber, the name describes the role. The robbers purpose is to steal things, no other role has the skills to do that. The robber is usually hired by someone to steal something but he can work by himself, too.

Stealing/B & E is a Tech based skill. It is the skill of breaking and entering or stealing and hotwiring a car or some other thing. This skill sould be done with some tools. The character may or may not know if there is an alarm system on the car, this would depend on his basic tech. This skill may be added to pick lock or pick pocket, if the character has that skill.
