Stars Police Team
Description
The Stars Police Team is a team compiled of the best cops of Night City. They only handle human jobs, though(no borgs, ACPA's, etc...). The team has often been criticized for its disrespect of Night City and its proporty, they call Night City, Racoon City because they consider it to be a dump. The group usually flies in on a helicoter but has been known to use a lot of other transportation. The team is split up into two groups, Alpha and Bravo. The Alpha is a more skilled team, usually younger. The Bravo is a less skilled but generally older and more experienced group.
Standard arment includes: 9mm, shotgun, bulletproof pants and vest, and small walkitalkies.
Alpha Team
The Alpha team is the more skilled part of the team. Although they don't have as much experience or brains as most members of the Bravo team, they do have more skills at fighting. Certain members of the Alpha team have had questionable loyalty to STARS but have been excused because of their value overall.
Albert Wesker
Wesker, as they call him, is the leader of the team. He has questionable loyalty to the group but has lead them through some tough situations, so is excused on a lot of things. Has had of leadership desputes with Chris Redford. Not the most skilled of the group but the most intelligent.

Barry Burton
Barry is the weapons specialist of the team, he carries the weapons of the team. He carries a grenade launcher as basic artillary, strange isn't it. Barry helps Wesker with the younger kids. Barry is the biggest, strongest member of the Alpha team.

Chris Redford
Chris is the most skilled member of the team but his intelligence isn't the best. He was definately choosen for his skill, not brains. There have been rumors that him and Jill and more than just teammates, if you know what I mean. He sometimes carries the sniper rifle but usually just goes in with his pistol, or a more-powerful one.

Brad Vickers
Brad is the vechicle driver, which is not good because he's afraid, very afriad of unusual and bloody stuff. He is the best driver in Night City, though, and he's been working on his guts. Not known for his combat skills but he has never really been seen in combat, he always runs away. He doesn't carry a gun.

Jill Valentine
Jill is the machine and medical expert of the Alpha team. She knows about the most resent technology and medications. She is quite good with her 9mm and doesn't use any other guns. Has had some complications with Wesker and she now looks for Chris for help. She has sometimes been criticized for caring too much.

Joseph Frost
Joseph Frost shares the responsibility of the guns with Barry and the responsibility of the vechiles with Brad. He isn't as into the two things as the others are(he doesn't carry a grenade launcher for instance) but he helps both of them out. He usually carries an assult rifle instead of a shotgun.

Bravo Team
The Bravo team is the more experience part of the team. Although they have the youngest member of the whole team. The Bravo team is a bit more tightly nit than the Alpha team because they've been through more and have always been loyal to STARS. Most of the members of the Bravo team have been slowed down because of age. The Bravo team also usually carries bigger guns than the Alpha team becasue of strengh and trust.
Enrico Marini
The leader of the Bravo Team. Holds a grudge on Wesker because of his unloyalty to the team(Enrico has been loyal almost his whole life) and because Wesker is the leader of the Alpha team. Enrico often gives more orders than Wesker because Wesker repects Enrico's loyalty, mostly because he could never have it.
