I miss the soothing vocal of my other half as he serenade me when I'm unable to sleep. I miss the sound of his guitar as he play for me when I take my baths. I miss his smile and the way his eyes would pierce so brightly. I miss our spontaneous drive down to the lake as we picnic under the moonlight.

the wedding
Shawn&Charyne's wedding was absolutely gorgeous. I never knew he was the romantic type. His vows' were heart-felted, that it almost brought tears to my eyes. I remembered Shawn as a goofball, even in high school he had that child-like persona. But when he stood at that altar, he show many people his other side. It took a woman love...Charyne's love to bring it out of him. The couple looks so exquisite.
Their wedding was somewhat of a union for the elementary gang. Some whom moved to Western Canada, England and as far as Japan. It was delightful to see them all again. The night was close to perfection. The only one missing was my baby sister. But her presence was felt by many.
As a gift from the bride and groom, they treated us to a cross-country skiing Sunday morning. We drove west of Halifax to the old Annapolis road hiking trail. The trip to Charlottetown didn't happen. I'm not bum out about it. Had a magical time in canada's seacost 1
