Hello! My name is Luna! I'll be your guide through the fanart awards! Here are a few if the rules you must follow!
1. No HENTAI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. Must have more then just one picture, a paragraph, and a guestbook.
3. Can have your fanart only, a mix of yours and some other peoples, or just other peoples.
4. The pistures can be black and white or coloured. They can be colour changed Sailors (like Katie ahs made her own Sailor named Sailor Kate Moon. I think she runs a place in here!)
5. Must sign Katie's guestbook (or then e-mail her comments on her page if you don't wish to sign the guestbook).
6. Only Sailor Moon and related characters pics (unless they are made up sailors)

1. Luna's Award for a Great Beginner Drawer!
-If your a beginner drawer this is great for you!
-Must have atleast 4 pictures.
-Only Sailor Moon related charactors (unless they are made up Sailors or Solderis, male sailors are soldiers
-Only your fanart will be judged.

2. Keep Up the Great Fanart
-If you are okay at drawing but not the besy in the world, this is for you!
-Must have atleast 6 pictures.
-Must be Sailor Moon related.
-Only your fanart will be judged.

3. Universal Spirit Drawer Award
-For expert drawers!
-Atleast 12 pics
-Must be Sailor Moon related
-Only your fanart can be judged for this award.

4. The Fairys of Sailor Moon fanart think this site is decent
-For sites with a few pics (can be yours or others)
-Atleast 5 pics

5. The Fairys of Sailor Moon Fanart think this site is Great
-For sites with more fanart then award #4 sites,
-Decent fanart, not just scribled drawings,
-Can be yours or others.
-Atleast 7 pictures

6. The Fairys of Sailor Moon Fanart think this sites RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!
-Must be an awsum fanart page with yours and/or others fanar
-Atleast 15 pics
-Not just scribled drawings
-Only Sailor Moon pics (unless they are made up)
