Hi! I'm Michiru and wlcoem to the Image Awards! I will be your hostess along the way! I hope you like the awards! But before I casn get                                   on to them there are a few rules.

                                     
                                  1. NO HENTAI!!!!!!!!

                                  2. Must sign Katie's guestbook.                                                       

                                  3. No stealing awards from others!                                  

                                  4. Only Sailor Moon Page may apply for these awards, other anime go to your sections.                                  

                                  5. Show effort please! More then just a guestbook and a paragraph and one fanfic!                                  

                                  6. You must have a banner (if not ask Katie nicely to make you one for your site!)                                  

                                  7. If you get an award from Katie it must be linked to her site.

                                  8. Your site can be a mix of pictures, and other stuff but it must have more then two picture sections.

                                  1. The Beginner Picture Awards
                                  -You must have atleast two picture sections
                                  -You must have atleast 5 pictures in each section
                                  -Thumbnails are optional
                                  -Pictures of just one sailor are excepted

                                  2. The More Advanced Images
                                  -Your must have three image sections
