Saying "No"

Q. How do I say no to drugs/alcohol?

A. It is not always as easy as it says on commercials to say no to drugs and alcohol. But if you are in relationships where you know people are doing drugs or drinking alcohol and you don't want to do it, than you should get out of it, if you don't want to be pressured into anything. F you are already in a situation where it is too late to get out of the relationship, like you are already at a party, than try to excuse yourself or pretend to call your parents or other friends and say you have to go home. Or just try to get away from it. Just simply saying "no" will often work, but sometimes wont.
