Saying "No"
Q. How do I say no to drugs/alcohol?
A. It is not always as easy as it says on commercials to say no to drugs
and alcohol. But if you are in relationships where you know people are doing
drugs or drinking alcohol and you don't want to do it, than you should get out
of it, if you don't want to be pressured into anything. F you are already in a
situation where it is too late to get out of the relationship, like you are
already at a party, than try to excuse yourself or pretend to call your parents
or other friends and say you have to go home. Or just try to get away from it.
Just simply saying "no" will often work, but sometimes wont.
Q. Are there any wrong ways to say no to drugs/alcohol?
A. The few ways not to say to people when you want to say "no"
to drugs/alcohol are these. Do not say, "I hate drugs, they're offal"
or "doing drugs is stupid". Depending on the person and your sex you
can come upon consequences such as getting beaten up (sounds weird but it
happens) or getting socially unaccepted.
Q. How do I say no to sex?
A. It is not easy to say no to sex, especially if the person asking is
someone you have liked for a long time, or even a short time. But there are a
few ways. Simply saying "no" is not always a good solution but there
is "I'm not ready for a commitment like that" and "I want to
wait". There are also people the prefer "I know people that have had
sex and have lived with major consequences, I don't want to live them as
well." Even if they don't know anyone.
