The four sisters were sent from the Future, Crystal Tokyo, to find and destroy Reeny.
Rubeus is the leader of the Four Sisters. He is the main commander of the mission, and takes his orders from Wiseman.
Wiseman is the advisor to Rubeus, and he is very mysterious, at least as far as I've seen the show. I'm learning more as I go, though.
Black Lady is Reeny, who was convinced by Wiseman that she was not loved. So she became Black Lady, a very kewl-looking older, evil version of herself.
