Beryl is the main leader of this mission, the right-hand woman of the Negaverse, so to speak.
Jedite is Beryl's first general. He is straight to the point, and basically does whatever he has to to gather energy for the Negaverse. After one too many failures, he was put to eternal sleep by Beryl, even though he had just discovered Sailor Moon's Identity.
Malachite is the fourth general, who took over after Zoicite's untimely demise. He is the coolest general IMHO, simply because he didn't annoy me as much as the others did. Unfortunately, he didn't last too long in the show, compared to Beryl's other generals.

Nephlyte is the second General. He has an obsession with the stars, and tries to sap energy from one person who is at their peak level in their life. He eventually fell in love with Molly, but was killed by Zoicite and her minions for turning traitor. (She also did it to get his star crystal).
Ziocite is the third General of Beryl's. He-- Uh, *cough* she has an overly fond relationship with Malachite. She has this motif of rose petals carried throughout the show. She was trying to get the seven rainbow crystals, and she did fight the scouts and Tuxedo Mask for a while over that.
