The Koku Ten Tou Clan Rpg

As of now the RPG really hasnt been made. I still am in the process of thinking up everything. So far i have decided it to have an FPL-ish base. So basically if you know how to play the FPL you can probably use this. Since I have virtually no internet skills this will be alot less glamourous than most sites. So far I have set up:

And i do have a voting booth set up. But since there aren't any fights yet that is kinda pointless to put up the link.

SSo far i believe the rules will work like this. You will have a certain amount of points to spendon stats and powers (just like the FPL). The thing is though how many points your get to spend gets larger. You start off as a kid in training with a low amount of points. After your first win you progress to the teenage years, more points. When 3 wins are completed you become adult and have the maximum amoount of points. You can have 2 losses at each age level before you die. This will let characters progress and change over time. The first 3 characters to reach 10 wins in ttal become part of the Elite 5; remember 2 spots are already taken up by Hane and Uhei. If this RPG does get off teh ground then there are certain things that may happen so that the Elite 5 can be replaced. If a person whishes to challenge the one of teh Elite 5 for his place in the rankings this will be allowed. But the Elte 5 character gets 5 votes added ot the end of their score. If the Elite 5 member loses he will step down, but if the challenger loses that character is fatlitied.

There will be no character creation program so for your characters. You will have to fill out a form and email it to me.

I need Help!

As of now i have not written the powers descriptions or any official rules. When the rules are done i will need help to write the powers. The pwoers will be somewhat like the FPL powers but they will be more specific in ho wthey are used. For example Gravity will not be whatever you want it to be. At each level it will be a different spell which only the Koku Ten Tou know. Such as at the supreme level it will be the spell that Ryuketsu hane uses.
Basically i am looking for some people who are interested in this RPG and would like to write powers. What i would like is if you could translate, roughly, the powers name into japanese like YuPing and i did. This is not neccesary though.

I hope we can get this thing off the ground!

Oh and by the way you may be wondering why they would fight eachother. For trainning silly! and why are they killing eachother? Cause ninjas dont alwas like eachother and some of them are just dishonorable. As you can see i  am still working on that one.
