�LAKE TOBA

Lake Toba is about 1100 km2 surface area, volume 1258 km3, maximum depth 529 m, 905 m above sea level. The climate is cool and dry, making Lake Toba an ideal place to be. The island of Samosir is right in the middle of Lake Toba, covering an area of 640 square km.
