Translation
| 1) This episode just started off on a bad note. At first I thought that the folks at Cartoon Network had pushed the wrong button (It happens from time to time) and started the episode with the Audio and Video out of sinc. It wasen't until Rini ran up did I figure out that CWI did that on purpose. (And I thought DIC did a bad job) Now the translation was real good but everything was so bad (like one of those old dubbed japanese fighting movies) I thought I should write it down. |

2) Did anyone notice that Miharu has the same voice actor as Molly? 3) For informitave purposes I am listing all the othe names mentioned in the episode Torazo Miyamoto; What Tiger-eye says his name is to Miharu, Takezo Miyamoto & Musashi Miyamoto are the names Tiger-eye mixes up 4) Some background info on Musashi Miyamoto mentioned in the original, he fought Kojiro Sasaki at Ganryu Island. Dosen't mean much but... |

1) (See green box in scene above) Now this is a perfect example of how poorly I believe
the begining of this episode was dubbed. Why would CWI want to make this scene look like a bad
japanese fighting movie dubbed into english? Dosen't that reduce the quality of the episode? 2) The sign in front of Miharu's tent says, "I am a powerful warrior who will accept any offer for a match. Miharu Akiyama; Way of the Holy Single Sword" 3) The title of this episode was originaly where the first Graphic is added into the episode, right before switching to the Tsukino house 4) The book Tiger-eye looks in after beating Miharu says Musashi Miyamoto 5) The triangular image that appears behind Tiger-eye after duping Miharu looks a lot like the image against the waves at the begining of the Uncut Sailor Moon movies. |
Cuts

1) Before the episode has even started they have cut out a shot of Man, (see 1st gray box in the scene above) 2) (see second gray box in the scene above) This shot is seen for a moment but the bulk of it gets cut out. 3) There is a big chunk of child abuse cut out of the fight between Miharu and her Mother. The gray boxes and yellow text are what is cut.
