Overview

Usagi: With toe shoes and white clothes I will try for the prima madonna in ballet, an attractive role for girls! Chibiusa: Yeah, Yeah! You want to be a dancing fool! Or a watching fool? (at the same time) Usagi: Let's dance, since there's no difference! Chibiusa: Let's enjoy dancing if there's no difference! (alone) Usagi: Stop teasing me! Even if I don't have real talent for it...with my youth and beauty, I get the position of... Both: ...prima madonna!

Translation

1) At the begining of this episode when Serena is telling everyone that she is in the ballet there is a joke that gets lost in the translation. In the original she says, "Oh no! But they told me that they have a role which I fit in. I heard it shines beautifully." This is a Japanese cultural joke in this episode that does not translate into english. The Japanese believe that you can see a rabbit's face when you look at a full moon. Now "Usagi Tsukino" directly translates as "Rabbit of the Moon" that is why she was cast as the Moon in the ballet. 2) When Serena finds the pin in her ballet slipper, the dub never says that she put it there herself as Rini points out to her in the original. 3) Nothing else wrong but let me ask you this... Doesn't Fish-eye fit right in with the rest of the scouts at the ballet lessons?

Animation

1) The sign at bottem of statue at the start of the episode says "Ballet Club Presents Jezel" 2) The sign over building at the beginning says "Yamagishi Ballet Club" 3) The text that scrolls across the screen behind Serena and Rini when they decide to become stars of the ballet says "Of course I am the heroine!" 4) The 1st added graphic in this episode is where the title used to be.

Cuts

1) Right after the first added graphic it simi cuts an overhead panning left shot inside the Crown. 2) After the second added graphic it cuts a shot of gate entrance with a sign "Yamagishi Ballet School" and then Pan left shot of dancers streching inside the school. 3) The Graphic after Rini waits for Serena to change cuts the following (Highlighted in blue) Shot of Serena and Rini walking into the park. Rini: Serena this way! Hurry! Close-up shot of them walking toward the screen Rini: That girl... (slow zoom in shot of Kiriko standing on a bridge over a drainage channel) ...is the one at the club... isn't she? Close-up of Kiriko Pan down to Serena and Rini sitting with Kiriko
