I love "Interlude." It is absolutely beautiful in its descriptions, in its writing style. So soft, so gently poetic and fair-sighted, with a touch of watercoloured magic that has always been present in the Sailormoon anime. I think that this is a most beautiful piece of work. Sometimes descriptions can be tedious to read and tempts skimming, but this one held me. Yes, once in a while I could think of a better word to use, but ultimately, she had it. And the ideas and thoughts that Lady Neptune H brings so gently to mind are well presented. Yet she doesn't do it to be intellectual, but because of the beauty of perceiving them, or at least, that's what I feel when I read it.
There isn't too much else to say, lest I spoil anything for you (because there is a spoilable scene in this fanfic of 1,224 words, believe it or not), but I'll end saying that just the moment that Lady Neptune H. passes over Usagi and Haruka is wonderfully well done.
