Step one: Get the plug in.

Step two: Download the skin you want. Save it on the C drive in Program files -->Internet Explorer --> Bitmaps.

Step three: Open Explorer and under Tools select Toolbar Wallpaper. Then choose the Goro paper you just downloaded.
