All the 10 icons are in 256 colours, each having 4 sizes:
16x16, 32x32, 48x48 and 72x72. They work best in 256
or higher resolution using Microsoft Plus! or similar
desktop enhancement programs.

How to View
===========
This DLL file is basically a ICL file (ICL stands for
Icon Library). It can be viewed using Icon managers,
such as Microangelo, or using the Change Icon Image
function of Windows 95/98. A GIF capture of all the icons
are also included in this file.

Installation
============
Place the file in the Windows\System directory. And when
you want to use the icons in this file, simply click on
Browse to select UsyagiIconA.dll, and you should be able
to select from the 10 icons inside.

Using Icons
===========
You cannot directly change the icon image of registered
file types. However, you can change the icon image of 
the "shortcuts" of any of the files.
1. Creat a shortcut of the file: in the file explorer
   window, drag the file for a short distance by 
   pressing down the RIGHT button of the mouse, then
   release to select "Creat Shortcut"
2. Right-click on the newly created Shortcut, then choose
   Properties. Click on the second folder tab "Shortcut."
   You should see a button "Change Icon..." at the lower
   right corner there. Push that button and browse to
   the icon file as mentioned above (see "Installation").
