High Bidder Pays for shipping and handling. I will only send within country. No one with an overall negative feedback may bid at all. I will cancel any bid that breaks any of my rules. Once the auction is over I will contact you by email.  If you do not respond within 1-3 days from the end of the auction, I will send one more email. If I still have not been contacted within 24 hours from that email , I will relist the item and leave negative feedback. Payment must be received in the form of a MONEY ORDER or PAYPAL within 10 days from the end of auction. For Paypal, I can only send to confirmed addresses for verified Paypal members ONLY.
