It's a world inside of your computer.  Life goes along, day by day, only at a more fantastic rate.  And to top it off, the citizens have to worry not only about viruses and troublemakers, but an even more dangerous enemy... the user, namely, you!  This is the world of Mainframe, and it is the job of a soldier from the Super Computer, Bob, to protect this backwater little community from Megabyte and the user.  Time to Reboot.
