Episode 6

"We've problem, sir" Tetsu hurriedly entered room where Toshi was greeting his guests. The blond hair gestured to the guests for a time out. He rose up and walked toward Tetsu.

"What happened?"

Toshi asked. Tetsu whispered to Toshi's ear. His face changed. One of the guests noticed Toshi's strange expression and walked toward them.

"What's the matter? Toshi-sama" A voice rose from an angelic face dressing with luxurious dresses.

Tetsu's heart fell a little by those beautiful voice. Hyde took a glance at him but Tetsu pretended to look away.

"Sorry, Hyde-san. It's nothing important"

Hyde raised on of his eyes-brow.

"Gentlemen, please excuse me for a minute" Toshi said and quickly followed Tetsu.

"Where's Takuro-san?"

Toshi asked

"I've called him already, sir" Tetsu replied

"Good.." Toshi paused, thoughtfully he continued.

"Tetsu! You go help him"

Tetsu gave a little nod and left without sound.

Hardly to open his eyes, the pink-haired felt someone was calling him from far away. His head was heavy and couldn't think of anything else. He thought he was dreaming.

"Sugi!! Sugi !! Wake up"

But it was real. A voice was calling him from the little window of the damp cell. Sugi opened his eyes hardly. At first, the vision was blurred, he couldn't see clearly where he was. However, when the moonlight shined passes the window through he could recognize the face.

"Ta.. Takuro-san" His voice sounded very weak.

"Shuuuuu....."

Takuro threw something to Sugi and said.

"Step back, close your eyes" Sugi followed the instruction.

A cheerful celebrating rose from the audience as the host had finished announcing the engagement between Hakuei, Hide's brilliant assistant and Ryuichi.

Blessing, happiness and merriment filled the atmosphere of the party. Ryuichi could managed only a faint smile for his guests. The reflection of his eyes were lifeless.

Hakuei sensed it seeing the pain in his beloved eyes.He moved toward Ryu gently pulling him out of the singing crowd.

"Are you alright?" The blond hair asked anxiously.

Without word, Ryu nodded and raised his eyes, wearily.

Hakuei tried to lay his hands on Ryu's shoulder but Ryu refused politely.

Finally Hakuei said

"I'm sorry"

Ryu looked up surprised by Hakuei's word. The tall man continued

"I knew you have never loved me but.. I'll wait"

"Hakuei" Ryuichi paused

"I don't want to hurt you" Hakuei whispered seriously.

Ryu pretended to look away and said

"Sorry... I need a fresh air"

"I'll go with you"

"Thank you. But you have to take care of the guests. Please leave me alone"

Ryu said as he started to walk away toward the garden.

"Hide-sama!!!!"

Die ran toward one of red-haired man standing in the party. Hide turned, still smiling to his guests. After hearing the news from his guard, Hide's face turned red.

"Find him!!!" He ordered sharply.

He made a quick turn and saw Hakuei standing alone surrounded by singing crowd. He walked straightly toward Hakuei and grabbed his arm.

"Where's Ryu?"

Two dark figures went out of their hiding places when the moon hid behind the black cloud. Along the long brick walls, under the darkness, they quickened their paces passing the swimming pool near where the party was held. They could hear laughing and celebrating from the Hall room. The pink-haired man stopped his pace making another man whom carried half of his body by a shoulder asked in surprise.

"Sugi! We don't have time" Takuro whisper.

Sugi tried to stand on his own replied wearily.

"Sorry... I can't go .. I've to find Ryu" Heading toward the party.

"Wait!!!! Are you crazy?!!"

Takuro tried to stop him but Sugi had gone far. Besides, he sensed that they were chased.

A short-haired man wandered around the garden alone. His shoes made the faintest sound on white stones reflecting the moonlight. Huge dahlias and roses sent their fragrant over Hide's garden. Ryu's thought was flying far away until he heard a strange sound behind large bushes near him. Automatically, Ryu drew back and shouted, trembling.

"Who's that!?"

Shaking roughly, dry leaves fell on the ground as a shadow appeared. His shadow fell over Ryu. Ryu began to scream but a strong hand reached out to cover his mouth.

"Calm down, Ryu-Chan. It's me" The voice was so soft and gentle.

Ryu's eyes widen, he whispered inside his throat with disbelief.

"Sugi-chan"

"Shuuuuu" Sugi pressed his long finger to Ryu's lips. He kissed Ryu on his forehead.

"Why do you come here?" Ryu asked in low voice, whispered.

"I heard that you are engaged to Hakuei" Sugi looked into those brown eyes.

"Sugi-chan !!! Your arm!"

Ryu cried when he noticed Sugi's torn shirt and soars. Feeling guilty, Ryu lowered his head.

"I'm sorry. I hurt you" Ryu said with pain.

"No, don't blame yourself, Ryu" Sugi tried to soothe his lover. "It's all your father fault"

"No, I understand my father. His hatred to your father has something related with Yoshiki-san"

Ryu tried to protect both sides.

"Yes, talking about Yoshiki-san, why did Hide allow you to engage to Hakuei?" Sugi questioned. Ryu blushed when hearing Hakuei's name and Sugi could guess something might happened. His beautiful face was darkening with seriousness.

"What have he done to you?" Sugi grabbed Ryu's shoulder. Ryu still didn't look up, his sound like a whisper.

"He said he loves me"

"I'll go kill that moron" Sugi rose up in anger.

"No! Sugi" Ryu shouted suddenly.

"But Ryu..."

"Trust me" Ryu's eyes met Sugi's. The skinny man held Sugi's hands in his and pressed his lips gently on them.

"You are only one I love" Ryu buried his head into the taller man chest. Sugi touched Ryu's smooth chin and lifted Ryu's face up to face him. He examined Ryu and finally he gave up.

"O.k., I believe you"

Before Sugi laid his hand on Ryu's curly hair, they heard a loud voice

"That way! He sure ran into the garden!!!!!!!!"

Someone shouted.

They stepped back knowing they were found.

"Sugi, You must go now or my father will catch you!" Ryu warned.

Instead of doing what Ryu said, Sugi grabbed Ryu's hand tightly.

"What!!!! Sugi!!You have no time !" Ryu cried.

"No! We must go together. I can't leave you here" The tall man said seriously.

"Don't you love me?" Sugi asked softly

"Sugi.. I'll go with you" Ryu said, looking to Sugi's perfect eyes.

"Ryu!!!" Sugi hugged his lover.

Before he could say more, one big hand grabbed his shoulder, It's Takuro.

"Sugi!! We must go now" He pulled Sugi's hand.

"Ryu. Let's go" Sugi grabbed Ryu’s arm.
