Firstgov
This is an easy to use page. It has links to pages from all three branches of the federal government (and a link to a page Federal Forms Catalog for Citizens which can be used to find federal government forms). There are also links to state and tribal governments on this page.There is a section for business people including e-services for business and business statistics among other features. There is also some consumer information and listings of e-services for citizens. This is an easy to use and navigate page (the page has an search engine with some advanced features) and a very good starting point for US government information.

US Government Jobs
This page is the US Government’s official employment page. There are several options including an option to search by region. The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions section looks really good.)

LSU Library Government Guide
This collection of federal government resources from LSU includes an agency list and an agency directory, which is organized differently and might have more information. There is also a page about regulations, which includes searching tips.

Google U.S. Government Search
This is a feature of the search engine google that searches government pages (federal, state, county, and city). If you are already familiar with google, you might find this page helpful.

Government Resources from University of Michigan
This is an extensive collection of government links including sections on the budget, exective orders, laws and the constitution, copyright, grants, and taxes. Lay out of the pages is good. There is a noframes verison of the page, if you don't like frames.

Fedstats
This page has links to statistics from federal government agencies. It includes a reference shelf with online verisons of Statistical Abstract of the United States, and the State and County Data book. There is a search option, and there is an a-z list of stastical topics and a listing of agencies and their key statistics.
