Seasons

Poem

Spring
In the spring the birds will fly,
Soaring through the heavenly sky.
The snow has disappeared,
No more cold that the animals feared.

Summer
In the summer the caterpillar still in its cocoon,
Pops into a butterfly very soon.
This summer weather is hotter than ever,
Animals will keep cool, you would too if you're clever.

Autumn
In the autumn the birds will sing a song,
In hopes that the trip south won't take long.
The temperature starts to drop low,
Winter is coming, the snow will soon blow.

Winter
In the winter there is snow.
The plants won't bloom or grow.
The birds fly south and the bears hibernate,
They hope spring won't be late.
