The Queen no longer has the power requirement to keep me within her, so I am dying." Neo Queen CosmicStar got up and started staggering away. Mega Venus and Mercury were there to help her home." The all the Queen's soldiers returned home. Meanwhile. The Queen rested quietly, but she was very weakening from the last fight and almost out of power. Her Crystal, the CosmicStar Crystal that held the medallion that transformed her into Sailor Moon cracked and the CosmicStar medallion came out and cracked also. Then the Queen died and her spirit came out of her body. Rei: "Hey, it looks like Celestial Moone." Celestial Moone: "It is. I must perform the Shalikar in order to have new powers. You may not interfere! You will all remain inside this room." Celestial Moone caused everyone to remain inside and she left the palace. The Cosmic Lights surrounded it's self around the Queen in different positions. Something amazing was about to happen. Rei: "I am concerned. What if she is killed in the process in getting these powers?" Hotaru: "We got to believe that she can gain these new powers to restore her life force to full again. So in the meantime, let's meditate on her and try to help her obtain new powers." Everyone: "Agreed." Elsewhere... Elemental King: "So you made it here, the spirit of CosmicStar. Are you ready for the Shalikar? As you know, no spirit of a Celestial Being has ever survived a Shalikar Ceremony, but if you succeed, you'll be the first to gain such power and you'll be feared as the great soldier and warrior. Are you ready?" Celestial Moone: "I am." Elemental King: "Then let the Shalikar begin!" Gaia: "I am the spirit of the Earth. I give my gift of the Powers of the Earth. They are: Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, and Heart. If you can absorb these powers, the next test will begin! Commence Shalikar of Earth Powers!" The first of the powers had began, Celestial Moone struggled to take it in. It was the easiest of all five powers, but still she struggled. After a few minutes, she overcame the struggle and won the first test. Then the Moon Spirit spoke next. Moon Spirit: "Congratulations! You won the first test. Now for you to receive the Powers of the Moon, both the powers of Light and the Darkness. This test will be more difficult to complete, but if you win this test, you'll proceed to the next test! Now to continue! Commence Shalikar of the Moon Powers!" The second test began with more difficulty than what the first test had. It was far more difficult. Now Celestial Moone had to deal with powers of both Light and Darkness. The Darkness Powers had proved itself as a worthy adversary, but within a few minutes, Celestial Moone was able to overcome the Powers of Light and Darkness of the Moon. The Next Spirit spoke." Sun Spirit: "Congratulations! You completed the second test! You are a daughter of the Sun Kingdom as well as the daughter of the kingdoms of all the Moons in the universe. If you are worthy of this Power, the power of the Sun. Both Light and Darkness of the Sun, it will be granted to you if you can absorb this power. ready? Let's continue! Shalikar of the Sun: The Powers of Light and Darkness of the Sun!" Now Celestial Moone faced an even harder test. Now she'll be facing powers of the scorching sun. Even hotter than the Powers of the Moon. Celestial Moone continued to struggle to receive the Powers of the Sun. The Elemental Council watched with great awe as Celestial Moone tried to absorb this power. It looked like she would fail to absorb this power, but at the last moment, she surprised them and absorbed this power too! The next spirit the Time Lord Spoke. Time Lord: "Congratulations! You completed test three! Never show any sign of weakness! You are wonderful! This Test will be granted the Powers of Time itself! If you absorb this power, you will be able to travel in time to witness any event or stop evil from this time from affecting places in the past. This power will not weaken your powers once you reach your destination. Now commence Shalikar of Time!" This was test four. Celestial Moone has now gone too far to quit or turn back now. She began receiving the Powers of time itself. Both Dark and Light versions of Time. It seemed forever for the powers to find some way of absorbing inside the spirit of Celestial Moone, but Celestial Moone finally achieved in receiving the Powers of Time! The last tester, The Universal Spirit spoke next. Universal Spirit: "Congratulations! The forth test is complete! Here is the last test! The receiving the Powers of the Universe! If you absorb this power, you can travel to other planets, but there will always be weaknesses that you'll experience from this, plus others can go with you. You may take only fourteen others with you. Total are fifteen. Also you can gain the Cosmic Powers of the Universe! Now commence Shalikar of the Universe!" Celestial Moone: "Oh boy!"
