The Elemental Urn opened up and a bright flash exploded and the Urn transformed her back into Elemental Sailor Moon. Soon, the transformation was over and stood there was Elemental Sailor Moon! Queen Megarea: "Well, well, well! Show me your true power!" Elemental Sailor Moon started running and turned into a beam of energy as to go through Queen Megarea, but Queen Megarea deflected the attack and knocked her to the ground. Queen Megarea: "Maybe I should revive an old enemy that you never faced... hmm... ah! Yes! Ruulaagg arise!" With a little bit of her power, Ruulaagg was revived. Queen Megarea: "Maybe some Plantling Soldiers are in order. Plantling Soldiers arise and attack!" The Plantling Soldiers started to attack Elemental Sailor Moon and Elemental sent telepathically gets more help. The Galaxy Defender appeared!" Galaxy Defender: "Galaxy Spin! Tornado Wave Strike!" The attack hit the Plantling Soldiers and Ruulaagg. The Cosmic Lights appeared out of Elemental Sailor Moon! Cosmic Lights: "The Elemental King will soon give you a special gift of speaking to your friends and to the monsters, but you still have to prove your worth. You will be allowed to speak only to transform into a higher form of Elemental Sailor Moon! So the Elemental King will grant to you level 2 of Elemental Sailor Moon! Now speak and say 'Elemental Cosmic Lights! Make Up!' So transform now!" Elemental Sailor Moon: "Elemental Cosmic Lights! Make Up!" The Cosmic Lights touched Elemental Sailor Moon and there was an instant transformation with different colors of her costume. Now stood a more powerful version of Elemental Sailor Moon! Cosmic Lights Elemental Sailor Moon flew in the air and then dove towards Ruulaagg and the Plantling Soldiers! She turned into a massive silver like energy and went through Ruulaagg and the Plantling Soldiers and landed on the other side of them!" Queen Megarea: "OH NO!" Ruulaagg and the Plantling Soldiers fell down and exploded! Queen Megarea: "How dare you! I'll be back with a better plan!" Queen Megarea disappeared! Cosmic Lights Elemental Sailor Moon detransformed back to Elemental Sailor Moon and then she detransformed back into Neo Queen CosmicStar. The Galaxy Defender detransformed back into King Dragonas."
