Was it the Queen that was going to expire in the future or was it her soldier form that would pass away where she could no longer use it anymore. No one knew. Not even Princess Mitzi. Now she was the age of thirteen and she was growing very quickly! What could stop her from returning to her old age of nineteen. However the queen felt very differently. Elemental Sailor Moon retransformed back into Neo Queen CosmicStar and walked away. Princess Mitzi followed her. Princess Mitzi: "What's wrong CosmicStar mama?" Neo Queen CosmicStar wasn't Princess Mitzi's mother, however she felt it was her responsibility to take care of her. The Queen answered Princess Mitzi's questions. Neo Queen CosmicStar: "My past sins return to haunt me. My sins I cannot atone." Neo Queen CosmicStar felt guilty. She caused an ally to die and to be reborn.
