She's one of Dispell's minions of a sort. Kinda like field general or something. She talks funny and does the "nyao" thing that Japanese cats do. She's a cat girl, y'know.

Miruru has a thing for Gabriel, while he tries to avoid her. Miruru is just as inept as any of the characters like her in say, Sailor Moon, because she in turn depends on minions to do her dirty work.

Miruru can be very cruel, though not in the twisted way Dispell is.
