You had me from the beginning, and I knew it.
You had me figured out, and I knew it.
You had feeling towards me, but I decided to ignore it.
But now I see that you love me.
I watch you as you come near; you take me into your arms,
You whisper sweet nothings into my ear.
You say, "I love you,"
I say, "I really don't know,"
But, you don't mind, you still love me.

After that first night together, when you pleasured me;
When I gave you my heart, my soul, my mind, and my body;
You left me; you left me saddened and alone.
I had been alone before, but, you had said you loved me.
You promised to always be there.
But you left me broken, and bleeding on the bed we shared.

After that night, I hated you.
I hated what you stood for.
I hated the way you went after others.
I hated the way you gave them broken promises.
I hated it that you had left me, broken, bleeding, and crying.
In that bed we shared; I will still lie.

Knowing that you would never come back.
I take a razor to my skin,
I carve nonsense things into the skin
You used to caress.

I still hate you,
But the only way I can feel that...
Is through pain.
The pain I give myself....
Is the same pain you inflicted to my soul.

I will never be completely fine.
I never will be completely healed.
I will never completely love again.
And it is all because of you.
