Website: Eternal Sailor Star is run by the webmistress Lady N. and her assistant designer Hitomi who does the programing and compiles the layouts. The site is online since 1998 and was quite simple until Hitomi joined in and helped with the HTML work. Although the website is not updated regularly Hitomi tries to maintain the site properly and to change the layouts from time to time in order to keep Eternal Sailor Star pleasant and attractive for visitors.
