Hoi's Graduation at Hayward

Who is Hoi here? The "fatter" one in gown please! He is my housemate for years. I guess we just shouldn't shared too much time together doing nothing like playing pool or bowling day and nite, grocery shopping when a normal human being must be in sweet dream time, throwing footballand kicking soccer inside our house, so and so......Otherwise, I am sure we both could get much better grades.
