My Strengths
Strong Runker

According to strengths theory, you can reap more benefits by investing time and effort to develop your strengths or Signature Themes rather than to shore up your weaknesses.

Once you know the strengths or signature themes that make up your StrengthsFinder Profile, you can figure out how to best capitalize on these themes in whatever role or profession you select. Although certain themes appear quite consistently within certain professions, it would be wrong to say that certain professions require certain themes. Individuals with very different signature themes can excel in the same profession.

You can find out your signature themes by completing the Gallup Organization's StrengthsFinder questionnaire (available at www.strengthsfinder.com). Here are the signature themes in my StrengthsFinder Profile and what they mean:

    I have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. I am excited in particular by the process of learning, rather than the outcome.
