Question 6: A general description of the character.
Nicknamed the "Fear Factory", Johnny is a big wise ass, born and bred in America, who came to Japan to study No Limit Martial Arts. He is a master of Kickboxing and Tai Kwon Do; thus his feet are incredibly lethal. He's about 6'0'' with short shaggy black hair with the front usually spiked up, a goatee and long sideburns. He is famous for always sporting finger-less leather gloves, ADIDAS pants, and either a flashy club shirt or a heavy-metal band shirt. He is much stronger than Ranma and equal in strength to Ryoga. He received his nickname, the human "Fear Factory" because of his menacing fighting style, beating his opponents so mercilessly to the point where they become afraid of him. He loves fighting people who are extremely powerful. Although is seems like an average punk, he's extremely an intelligent fighter. He is excellent at exposing his opponent's weaknesses, something he uses to his advantage in combat. His only flaw in battle is his giant ego and wise-ass wit. His tendency to gloat in the middle of a fight usually leaves him open momentarily for a free shot.
Question 7: The character's history.
Born in California, Johnny grew up competing in the Tai Kwon Do and Kickboxing circuits, where he went undefeated and dominated every competition. He was also a well-known and feared street fighter, who competed, in underground freestyle fighting tournaments for money, which he also dominated. He came to Japan to study No Limit Martial Arts under Gen Muramasa, his uncle (From my fanfic). He knows most of Ranma cast, and has only been defeated once, by Ryoga. When he moved to Nerima with his uncle, he saw Ryoga beat up Ranma one day and decided he wanted to fight him, since Ryoga showed tremendous strength and put up a great fight. Realizing Ryoga is prone to lose his temper easily, he played on this and did everything he could to get him mad. He dubbed Ryoga as his personal 'PLAYTHING', picked on him, teased him, and even made passes at Akari. Johnny easily took advantage of Ryoga's anger, since he loses all focus when he's mad, and beat Ryoga within an inch of his life in their first fight. However, Ryoga, after a long, hard fight, defeated him in the rematch using a new technique, the HAND OF GOD/JUDGEMENT™ final attack, issuing Johnny his only loss to date.
Question 8: Special Moves.
DEATH PENALTY- Flaming axe-kick
SLAMDANCE- Johnny grabs his opponent around the waist from behind and nails them with a trifecta of German suplexes.
SMACKDOWN- Mid-air flaming corkscrew-type kick
HOTFOOT/BLOWTORCH- The Hotfoot is a chestnuts-roasting-on-an-open-fire type technique down with his foot. However, his foot moves so fast, it catches on fire. The Blowtorch part of the attack occurs by Johnny taking a drink of liquor from a flask he keeps on him, then as he is executing the Hotfoot, spits the alcohol out, which ignites with the fire from the Hotfoot technique, creating a flame thrower-type attack.
FIREWAVE- Johnny creates a wave of fire with his leg and sends it towards his opponent.
HI/LOW- Johnny delivers a low sweep kick and immediately follows up with a standing roundhouse kick.
FIREBOMBS- Johnny hurls incredibly fast balls of hot, fiery chi at his opponent, which explode on impact. Despite the bombs' quickness, this attack is not very powerful, but works well to distract an opponent long enough to set up for something big.
FINAL ATTACKS:
EDGECRUSHER- Johnny performs an axe-kick that splits the ground underneath his opponent, engulfing them. Then the split ground caves in on his opponent, burying them.
YOU'RE DEAD! - Johnny curls himself up into a ball and channels all his energy into himself. He then releases the energy, engulfing himself in flames and launches himself at his opponent, delivering an unstoppable flurry of fiery attacks.
Question 9: The Character's motivation.
Being the egotist he is, Johnny is competing in the tournament to simply prove that he is the greatest.

"This is great!" said Ryoga, walking through town with Akari.
"And to think it only took you one day to get to my house!" chirped the happy Akari, holding his arm. "Let's go to the park!" Entering the park, Ryoga stopped to get a drink from a nearby water fountain.
"Well what do ya know! If it ain't my plaything!" said a familiar voice behind him.
Angry, Ryoga turned around to see Johnny Walker leaning on a trash can, clad in his black ADIDAS pants and a Coal Chamber T-shirt. "I thought I told you I'm not your PLAYTHING!" shouted Ryoga, fuming.
"Now, now pal, calm down," said Johnny smiling. "I was just wondering where you've been?"
"Why would YOU care where I've been?"
"Ryoga-honey, who's your friend?" inquired Akari, puzzled.
"Why hello pretty lady! I'm Johnny Walker! It is a pleasure meeting you!" said Johnny, kissing her hand, at which Akari seemed uneasy.
"CUT THAT OUT!" snapped Ryoga.
"What?" asked Johnny, smiling slyly.
"How DARE you try to put the moves on my girlfriend!" yelled Ryoga, pulling Akari away from him.
"What's wrong? Afraid she'll like me better?" proclaimed Johnny, thoroughly enjoying Ryoga suffering.
"As if, you jerk!" exclaimed Akari, offended.
"Come on Akari, we're leaving!" said Ryoga as he took her hand.
"Hold on a sec," said Johnny in a joking tone, "I'm not done with you yet."
Releasing Akari's hand, Ryoga turned and thundered, "WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW!?!?"
"I want to PLAY!" With that, he aimed a kick at Ryoga's head. Ryoga ducked the attack, then retaliated with a sweep kick of his own, which Johnny jumped.
"YOU WANT TO FIGHT, FINE BY ME!!" growled Ryoga, enraged. He sent several punches at Johnny, which he parried easily. Johnny unleashed a vicious roundhouse, which sent Ryoga crashing through a park bench. Akari ran to Ryoga, who quickly sprang to his feet. He lunged towards Johnny, furious.
Slowly raising his left foot, Johnny said, "Now the fun starts! Walker School of No Limit Martial Arts special attack, HOTFOOT!" Johnny sent a sea of lightning-fast kicks at the advancing Ryoga. Ryoga blocked vigorously until he suddenly felt his arms begin to burn. Jumping back he stood in awe as Johnny's foot was moving so fast that it caught fire.
Ryoga quickly countered with the 'Bakusai Tenketsu', sending a hail of rocks and debris towards Johnny. Johnny retaliated by using his ultra fast foot to kick all of the rocks, reducing them to ashes.
"You think that's something?" asked Johnny arrogantly. "Try this then!" He reached into his pants pocket and pulled out a small flask of whiskey. "Take this, TANDEM ATTACK, FLAMETHROWER!" He then took a gulp of whiskey and spit it on his flaming foot. The mixing of the whiskey and the fire created a stream of fire that shot towards Ryoga and Akari.
"LOOK OUT!" screamed Ryoga as he grabbed Akari and jumped to safety. The stream of flames incinerated the tree Akari was leaning against. "NOW I'M REALLY PISSED!" Ryoga got up and unloaded on Johnny, but didn't connect.
"You're better than I thought!" said Johnny, pretending to be impressed. "I'm glad I picked you to be my plaything!"
"SHUT UP!!" boomed Ryoga, who began gathering energy. "CALL ME YOUR PLAYTHING ONE MORE TIME AND I'LL KILL YOU!!"
"You're just pissed off because you girlfriend likes me better!" taunted Johnny, readying himself for Ryoga's ki fireball, which he knew was coming.
"FIRST HE CALLS ME HIS PLAYTHING! THEN HE MAKE PASSES AT MY GIRLFRIEND! NOW I'M REALLY MAD!!" roared Ryoga to himself. The heavy ki began to glow around his entire body. "TAKE THIS YOU SON OF A BITCH! SHISHI HOUKOUDAN!!!"
A giant pillar of energy rose around Ryoga, lifting high into the sky. Johnny jumped backwards, thinking he avoided the attack. The heavy ki rose to its peak, then fell to the earth in one big energy wave. Before Johnny could avoid it, it came crashing down upon him, slamming him into the ground. Ryoga stood unharmed in the giant crater created by the energy beam. Johnny slowly rose to his feet, cleaning the dirt off his clothes, still wondering what hit him.
"That's what you get for arousing my anger!" snapped Ryoga, breathing heavily.
"Fine then, I guess I'll have to get serious!" retorted Johnny, stroking his shaggy goatee. He broke into a run and leapt into the air. "Try this then SMACKDOWN!" In one fluid motion he twisted himself and delivered a flaming corkscrew kick, which Ryoga avoided in the nick of time. Johnny struck the slide behind Ryoga, shattering it to pieces. Ryoga immediately responded with several bandana shruikens, of which one grazed Johnny's shoulder leaving a clean cut, which began to bleed.
"Impressive, but this little play date isn't over yet!" remarked Johnny, now serious. He let loose another roundhouse kick, which Ryoga ducked in the nick of time. Johnny connected with a trashcan, splitting it in two. Ryoga tried to take advantage of Johnny's back being turned, firing off a hard left jab, which Johnny dodged. The momentum carried Ryoga past Johnny, leaving him open for a free hit. "Oh, it sucks to be you!" laughed Johnny as he lifted his left leg to his head and delivered a malicious axe-kick, drilling the prone Ryoga in the back of the head, burying him face-down in the concrete walkway of the park.
Akari gasped in terror as Johnny stood over the downed Ryoga with one foot on his back, celebrating his victory. To his surprise, he was thrown into the air by the force of Ryoga, who sprang to his feet in a fiery rage, his face now bloody.
"Damn!" exclaimed Johnny in surprise. "You ARE strong, but I've had enough of this play date, time to end it!" Dropping to a crouching position, Johnny crossed his arms on his chest and curled himself into a little ball. As Ryoga watched on, Johnny's body suddenly began to burn with energy. Slowly rising, Johnny slowly began to uncross his arms as he said, "Here's what you get when you step into the 'Fear Factory'! WALKER SCHOOL OF NO LIMIT MARTIAL ARTS ULTIMATE ATTACK, YOU'RE DEAD!"
Laughing menacingly as he threw his arms out, his entire body caught fire, yet was unaffected by the flames. Johnny launched himself at Ryoga, unleashing a vicious barrage of attacks. As fast as Ryoga tried blocking the hail of offense, it did no good and Johnny unloaded a devastating, fiery flurry of attacks, most of which connected. When the flames engulfing his body died, Ryoga lay a bloody, burnt mess on the grass, as Johnny stood motionless with his back towards him and said, "Next time you think of stepping into the 'Fear Factory', be prepared to suffer the consequences."
Akari shrieked in horror, running to her demolished boyfriend praying he wasn't dead. The charred body began to stir.
"Curse…you, I'll…get…my…revenge…ughhhhhhhhh," Ryoga mumbled, spitting blood with every word. With that, he passed out.
"Don't let this discourage you," said Johnny solemnly, shaking his head in disdain. "A true martial artist can overcome any obstacle, no matter how immovable." He suddenly cracked an evil smile. "However, in your case, that obstacle is ME, so I suggest you just GIVE UP!" Laughing wickedly, he strolled off in triumph.
