Martial Arts Style: Joketsuzoku Martial Arts.

Cursed Form: No curse.

Strengths: Cologne's years have given her so much battle experience that she can deal with almost every situation that it is possible to face in a fight. She knows so many powerful martial arts techniques that she can make any fighter much better just by teaching them one which will work the best with their abilities. She is very calm and collected in battle, having the ability to analyze opponents' weaknesses so she can exploit them. Despite her age, she is still fast and strong, and won't hesitate to use her fists against powerful opponents like Ranma.

Weaknesses: Cologne's main strength is her lack of significant weaknesses. She is rather confident in her 3000 years of Chinese Amazon history, and on some occasions lets it get the better of her when she fights what is obvously a less experienced opponent. In addition, sometimes the schemes that she is currently running make it necessary that she not go all out on an opponent, but this usually does not mean she will leave herself vulnerable in any way. It is also possible that her decreased size could count against her, but this has never been the case when she's fought Ranma.

Weapons: Cologne wields her staff with a great deal of skill. By simply striking the air in front of her or twirling it, she is able to create ki-generated tornados at will. In addition to this, the end of it can be used to hit the breaking point of a Bakusai Tenketsu attack. In addition to being a weapon, it also is a method of transportation, as she usually hops around on it like a pogo stick, even during fights.

Special Moves:

Cologne has command of a nearly infinite arsenal of Joketsuzoku moves. The ones listed are the ones we see, but it is safe to assume she knows a great deal more.

The Splitting Cat Hairs technique allows Cologne to create several illusionary images of herself, (I beliefe it is 16 illusions). She forms a circle of these illusions around her foe, and causes them all to spin around the circle. The victim will usually not know which Cologne is the real one, and since they travel around so quickly, they won't be able to figure it out after being hit by her staff.

The Fist of the Ice Bear is another move she has used. When performing this technique, she manipulates the ki in water to form a block of solid ice that is in the shape of a bear. Using her ki, she is able to make the giant ice bear fly, and even attack her opponents as she rides on top of it.

She knows the Bakusai Tenketsu (or 'Breaking Point') technique, which allows her to hit an object with her finger in a certain point, and cause it to shatter, and then explode with great force. This only works on inanimate objects (ideally, rocks), as it involves the disruption of the static ki within.

She also knows the Kachuu Tenshin Amaguriken technique, which allows her to punch so quickly that she could pluck chestnuts out of a fire without getting burned. After she had taught Ranma this move, she proved that she could still do it faster than he could, even with her shorter arms.

The Hiryuu Shouten Ha or Heavenly Blast of the Dragon is one of the more powerful moves Cologne knows. By remaining calm and collected during a fight, she cultivates a 'soul of ice' or a battle aura of cold ki. She goes on the defensive, leading her opponent in a spiral pattern as they attack her. When she reaches the center of the spiral, she raises her fist and mixes her battle aura with that of the enemy. If the opponent is angry or agressive and has a battle aura of hot ki, a powerful tornado is caused which propells the victim high into the air. Most of the damage from this move is caused when they fall back to the earth. The more enraged the opponent is, the stronger the tornado that is caused, and thus the more powerful the move.
