Strengths: While nowhere close to the level of Ryouga and others, Tsubasa does have a great deal of strength at his command. He needs this strength to wear his heavy disguises, and fling himself at high speed toward his opponents. Even without the costumes, he proved that he is strong enough to beat the stuffing out of Ranma if he actually has a chance to land his blows. In addition, when motivated to fight for Ukyou, he can become much more dangerous.

Weaknesses: Tsubasa isn't much of a finesse fighter. While his charges may catch any regular person off guard, a martial artist with any sort of agility would be able to dodge the attacks. After the charge has been dodged, Tsubasa is wide open for counter attack, or if left unchallenged, might run into something even heavier than his disguise (like a concrete light post). It is also concievable that he could be distracted by Ukyou (or whoever has his interest at the moment) in the middle of a fight, which would ruin his concentration, and possibly snap his determination.

Weapons: Tsubasa uses his many costumes as his most powerful weapons. The heavier ones, like mailboxes and soda can dispensers are the most effective in combat, because in one solid blow from his charges, lesser opponents could be knocked out.

Special Moves:

Tsubasa doesn't really have any special moves. His attack strategy, for the most part, consists of little more than putting on a heavy disguise, yelling, "Charge!" and trying to flatten his opponent.
