why The fifth episode I saw of Fushigi Yuugi was episode 17. I saw Chuei and thought he was more than a Tamahoome look-alike, but a sweet and special person. He wanted to save money to help his family, so he caught fish himself instead of buying it. ^_^. Then I saw episode 27. When I saw how he had tried to protect the others, I loved him more than ever. I thought he was the bravest little kid ever. I went online and searched, and, to my surprise, found that there weren't any shrines dedicated to my favorite character. So, I took it upon myself to make one. I think Chuei was a very unique character, despite his obvious resemblance to his oniichan Tamahome, and that he deserves much more recognition than what he has. And that is why this page exists. ^_^.
