Later on, Usagi meets Mamoru in Crown Arcade, and ChibiUsa follows Usagi there. Motoki gives them each a Sailor V doll. ChibiUsa tries the Sailor V game, and moments later Minako's pen begins beeping. The alarm on the pen went off because ChibiUsa made the highest score in the history of the Sailor V game and was still playing. Next, ChibiUsa tries the candy crane machine. By the time Makoto walks in, ChibiUsa gets all the candy out of the machine. Mamoru realizes that ChibiUsa used Luna-P to get the candy out of the machine. Mamoru takes ChibiUsa home, and then goes to his apartment.

Meanwhile, Makoto says that the Black Moon may be after ChibiUsa. Makoto has a cold, and the cats say that the weather is getting chilly and rainy. ChibiUsa goes outside again, and the rain starts falling. ChibiUsa makes Luna-P turn into an umbrella, and she thinks of her friend (Sailor Pluto). She looks at the key around her neck, as Mamoru sees her standing there. He takes her hand and sees a vision of an explosion, possibly the destruction of a city.

Meanwhile, Demand wants the to destroy the ginzuishou, but Safir tells him he shouldn't underestimate the senshi since they killed Koan and Berthier. Demand slaps Safir with the power of his third eye on his forehead, and says that no one will interfere with his plan. Petz says that she wants to attack next, and Demand asks to be left alone. He turns on a hologram picture of what he really wants- NeoQueen Serenity.

The next day at Crown Fruit Parlor, Usagi, Luna and Mamoru discuss Mamoru's vision and Luna-P (ChibUsa told Mamoru to fix Luna-P). Asanuma overhears them talking, and they leave as Makoto walks in, coughing and feverish. Unazuki takes her to the drugstore for medicine (Osabu Antacid is sold there! ^^). Asanuma then offers to take her home. When he touches her, he gets a sudden shock. Makoto says that she can store up static electricity, especially when she's not feeling well. Makoto's apartment has lots of plants, and Makoto gives Asanuma some of her favorite rose tea. He tells her about the strange things that happen around him recently- hearing Luna talking, Rei and Ami being taken prisoner, Makoto's static electricity power, and Mamoru's power. Makoto explains that Mamoru is psychometric- he can sense and see things, heal, or hurt someone by touching. She says that she along with Rei and Ami are destined to fight the enemy. Asanuma says that he wishes he had power so he could protect Makoto, and she kisses him. He promises not to tell anyone and leaves. Makoto sees something like a UFO outside of her window, but she passes out.

The UFO has spread the Black Moon virus and sends her droids to take place of the infected people. A droid disguised as Makoto enters Makoto's home and attacks her! Makoto uses her communicator watch to call Usagi, then throws the monster off and yells, "Jupiter Star Power, Make Up!" to morph. Sailor Moon and Venus join the battle as Jupiter tosses the droid. Petz appears, and Jupiter uses Flower Hurricane on her. It doesn't work, and Petz uses her Black Crystal Earring to attack. Jupiter yells, "SPARKLING WIDE PRESSURE!" and the two face off. Jupitergets caught in a ball of light, and the droid people attack Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus. Venus uses the Whip of Love to attack the droids and Moon kills Petz with Moon Princess Halation. Unfortunately, the ball of light fades away, and Sailor Jupiter is abducted.
