Mizu no Senshi
From the star of water, I am the soldier of knowledge, Sailor Mercury!
The second senshi and the brains of the group, Mercury is the soldier
of water with the power of fog. Introduced in Act 2, Ami has a
300 i.q. She lives in a penthouse with her mother. Her father, a
watercolor artist, left when she was very young. Her dream is to
become a doctor like her mother. She is very skilled with computers;
in the manga she is seen with laptops and in computer classes.
She attends Juuban Junior High School and also goes to cram school
every day. As Mercury, she has an intercom and fancy techno-goggles.
My Personal View on Ami
I personally think that Sailor Mercury is not given enough credit. Many people say she is weak and has the least power when the truth is she has the most brains. She uses her visor and computers to provide valuable information for the rest of the senshi in battle. If isn't wasn't for her, Sailor Moon would have been a goner from the start.
