Dungeon of the Unforgiven
This is where I keep all the bad guys locked up.
Lets take a tour of this little prison, shall we?
NOTE: Most of the villain images are taken from Artbook 6- The Materials Collection.
The Dark Kingdom
Queen Beryl and Queen Metallia
Beryl was a woman who existed during the Moon kingdom's rule.
She found and freed Queen Metallia, who was born
from dark spots in the sun, then proceeded to
lead a revolt against the moon. She corrupted Prince Endymion's
four generals and stabbed the prince in the back when he tried
to reason with his people. Princess Serenity committed suicide
in sorrow. Sailor Venus killed Beryl and
Queen Serenity sealed Metallia away. But due to the sorrow
in her heart for the loss of her daughter, Queen Serenity's
seal was incomplete. Beryl was reborn on Earth as Queen Beryl,
and she unleashed Queen Metallia on Earth once again. Sailor
Venus killed Queen Beryl once again, making her admit all
she really wanted was Prince Endymion. Sailor Moon killed
Queen Metallia with Tuxedo Kamen and the powers of the Inner
Senshi.

The Black Moon - Nemesis
Wiseman
Wiseman is the leader of the Black Moon Kingdom. He
corrupted the minds of everyone on the Black Moon to be
power-hungry and gave them dark powers. Wiseman also
corrupted ChibiUsa into becoming
Black Lady.
Prince Demand
Demand (Diamond) is the ruler of the Black Moon, only
taking orders from Wiseman. He desires to have NeoQueen
Serenity as his own. He attempts to destroy everything
by taking the ginzuishou of the past and future and joining
them, but Pluto stops him. He does not become good like
he does in the anime.
Safir
Safir (Sapphire) is Demand's brother. He believes Wiseman
has corrupted Demand and that Serenity must be destroyed.
He tries to kill her with the help of his "perfect" droids,
Veneti and Aquatiki. He is killed by Demand.
Esmeraude
Esmeraude (Emerald) is the green-haired female member of Nemesis,
and is quite willing to fulfill all of Demando's orders.
She attacks Sailor Moon, Venus, Kamen, and ChibiUsa,
along with the Artificial Jewel brothers
Chiral and Achiral. The brothers are killed, and later on
Esmeraude is destroyed by Tuxedo Kamen.
Crimson Rubeus
Rubeus (Ruby) is a ruthless man; he manages to keep the Ayakashi sisters obeying his every command. He also tends to be a bit laid back. In the end, he is killed by Wiseman.
Ayakashi Sisters
The four sisters are
Calaveras, Petz, Berthier and
Koan. The Ayakashi sisters are killed one by one by the senshi, but still they manage to have Mercury, Mars and Jupiter captured. Thanks to Ian Miller for clearing up these names.
The Death Busters
Dr. Tomoe
Tomoe is the father of Hotaru, and he encourages her to
be evil. Hotaru was killed in a lab accident, so he made her into
a cyborg with robotic body parts. A daimon entered him and took over, and he was ultimately killed.
Kaolinite
The maid and assisstant who searches for targets to steal heart
crystals from in her cauldron, Kaolinite is killed in the end,
but not after lots of faithful service to Tomoe.
The Witches 5
There are really 6 witches (two are twins). There is
Mimete, Eudial, Viluy, Tellu, Cyprine, and
Ptilol. Their goal is to let Pharaoh 90 into the world
so he can destroy it. In order to do this, they must find
the three talismans that make the Holy Grail. If the Grail
is touched by evil, doom will prevail. Sailor Moon gets the
Grail in the end, and the Witches 5 are all killed.
Pharaoh 90
The head of the Death Busters and the main bad guy of the series,
Pharaoh 90 is after the Holy Grail. After Mistress 9 lets him
into the world, Saturn is resurrected and she uses Death Reborn
Revolution to purify the world and rid it of Pharaoh 90.
Pluto sends the destruction through time, and NeoQueen Serenity
restores the planet.
Mistress 9
Mistress 9 is really Hotaru, after swallowing ChibiUsa's heart
crystal. She is the main henchman for Pharaoh 90, and she lets
him enter the planet. After Saturn is resurrected, Mistress 9
is destroyed and the heart crystal returned to ChibiUsa.
The Dead Moon Circus
Neherenia
Neherenia is the queen of the Dead Moon, who passes on orders to
everyone else. She tried to visit the Moon Kingdom but didn't
want to be at peace, so Queen Serenity trapped her in the
realm world behind mirrors, similar to the dark world behind mirrors
that NeoQueen Serenity told Small Lady of before bedtime.
So, Neherenia wants revenge (don't they all?).
Neherenia is killed by Sailor Moon.
Soul Hermit Zirconia and Zircon
Zirconia is quite powerful and bossy in my opinion. She commands
the Acrobatic Amazoness Quartet, but in the end she sealed them
away in balls for being unfaithful. She also sends Sailor Moon
and Tuxedo Kamen to the mirror realm, although it looked a lot
like she killed them. Zircon is Zirconia's companion,
an orb with wings.
The Amazoness Quartet
The Amazoness Quartet can be found in
Hotaru's Resting Place of the Healed. They created the Amazon
Trio, summoned Xenotime and Zeolite (the knife-throwing twins), and used gem attacks such as:
- Crown Ball - PallaPalla - secured time passage
- Palanquin Ball - PallaPalla - created the Amazon Trio's human form
- Summon Ball - PallaPalla - called upon a group of Lemures
- Opposite Ball - PallaPalla - switched Usagi and ChibiUsa's body
- Vine Ball - PallaPalla - captures the inner senshi in large vines
- Hailstone Ball - PallaPalla - causes lots of rocks to fall on the senshi
- Steel Ball - VesVes - shoots lots of knives at the senshi
- Natto Ball - PallaPalla - sticks ChibiMoon and Saturn together
- Medicine Ball - JunJun - attack aimed at Sailor Saturn
- Rattan Ball - PallaPalla - final attack, aimed at Saturn and
Chibimoon
Attacks taken from The Dead Moon Circus
Amazon Trio
The Amazon Trio consists of TigersEye, FishEye, and Hawkseye.
They were created by the Amazoness Quartet out of animals.
They attack the inner senshi one by one, and are killed one by one.
Lemures
Also known as the Nightmare Incarnates (in the Mixx translation),
Lemures are used by the Amazoness Quartet and the Amazon Trio to
make people think badly of themselves, and bring confusion to their
hearts.
Chaos & Company
Chaos
Chaos is the entity of all evil and
the one who corrupted Galaxia to be evil. He created Metallia,
the Death Phantom, Pharaoh 90, and Neherenia from the cauldron.
He is killed in the last act of the series by
Sailor Cosmos, the most powerful senshi ever, who
is actually the little cutie ChibiChibi.
Sailor Galaxia
The Golden Senshi, Galaxia controls the Animamates and gave them
golden cuffs that destroy them if removed, so they are
loyal to her. Her goal is to collect Star seeds to give to
Chaos, then allow him into the world and destroy all good.
Galaxia attacks Sailor Moon often and
turns the Sailor Senshi and Endymion evil. The Animamates
kill the senshi, and Galaxia kills Endymion. Sailor Moon
asks Galaxia to trade her life for theirs, and Galaxia is
so touched she turns good again. Chaos then kills her.
The Animamates
Sailor Iron Mouse is destoyed during a concert.
Sailor Aluminum Siren takes the Star seeds of Mercury and Jupiter.
Sailor Tin Nyanko turns the cats human, then damages their crescent
moons which turns them into cats without the ability to speak.
Sailor Lead Crow takes the Star seeds of Venus, Mars, Phobos,
and Deimos.
Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon (butterfly in french) kills the
Sailor Starlights.
Sailors Phi and Chi kill Sailor Kakyuu.
Sailors Lethe and Mnemosyne are
killed by Galaxia.
