M/S "JUTLANDIA"
- part 2 -
- The Engine Room -
I mentioned in the beginning,
that "JUTLANDIA" and her sister had the most powerful diesel plant ever
installed in a ship.
Later a Japanese ship was built
with slightly more horsepower,- but that more powerful ship had "only"
two engines,- while "JUTLANDIA" had three - - -
Therefore I have reason to
believe, that the engine room of "JUTLANDIA",- and her sister-, were still
the most impressive engine rooms around - - -
Therefore I will include some
pictures from one of the mightiest engine rooms the World has ever seen
- - -
