MATRYOSHKA

Matryoshka (Russian nested dolls). This is a set of 15 entirely in watercolor. There is no gloss coat. Theme is Pushkin's "Ruslan & Ludmila", and the #1 doll has the scene with the sorceress. Gold with some inlay. Wood grain shows through nicely. Signed by Margarita of the village Sergiev Posad.
