Many people have wondered where the Refuge went after it's disappearance from Geocities sometime in the year 1999. What they didn't know was that it indeed came back, and in strength, to own it's own domain, and regain most of the same followers it has had for it's 5 year reign. Now under a new name, and a new copywrite, the Refuge is becoming a full-length comic book series, as well as a number of animated shorts.

Recent Update - August 11, 2007 We finally decided that the Refuge needed a makeover. It's only been four years since the last update, and probably more time since before that. Wow... It's been a long time since 1995. So hopefully we'll see some traffic and some people interested in reading the stories. I'm not going to be competitive with counts and what-not this time. I'm too old for that. But I guess that does mean we're still one of the longest running Team Rocket Sites on the net! Whooot!
