The correct spelling of Speedy's last name, FOR SURE!
Contradictory to popular belief, Speedy's last name is spelled C-E-R-V-I-C-H-E, not Service(don't feel bad, I thought this for a while too, but I saw a TV commercial once and it changed my opinion about its spelling correctly). Cerviche is a marinated fish that is popular in Latin cultures.
Update on Speedy's last name!
Cerviche is also spelled "Cervich" in spainish(and I thought that banner at that taco bar was wrong). In addition, "Service" was also a play on Speedy's name as well. So now there are three ways to spell Speedy's last name: SERVICE(my favorite was to spell it), CERVICHE, AND CERVICH.
How did Polly get her name?
Polly was named after the producer's sister. I'll try to inquire about the last name too.
Polly's last name
Polly's last name, whose spelling has been in some debate for some time, was spelled as "E-S-T-E-R" in the script instead of E-S-T-H-E-R so that the voice actors wouldn't pronounce the name wrong. Though both spellings are now equally accepted, I prefer Ester because it's in the script. You can see my Ani-Mayhem card of Polly Ester here.
