Chibiusa is an evil little being from the future. The daughter of Mamoru and Usagi (it all comes from the father...), she teleported back in time to steal the Imperium Silver Crystal from Sailormoon in order to save her dying mother. Chibiusa was unaware, however, that Sailormoon was in fact her mother in the past...and so the saga begins.... The moral of the story? Chibi sucks!Unfortunately, Chibiusa has a large part in the second, third, and especially fourth seasons of Sailormoon. She doen't become a senshi until Sailormoon S, and never gains any real powers to speak of. She's more of a scout-in-training, and is basically good for nothing except dual powers with Sailormoon.
Chibiusa always carries around a stupid little floating cat-ball called the Luna-P. This is Pluto's means of communicating with her (Pluto is the one who sent her back in time... probably to get rid of her). Anyway, the Luna-P can transform into all kinds of derranged things, including an umbrella, parachute, cap gun, etc. It is her main source of evil power.
The only time Chibiusa was actually cool was when she was transformed into Black Lady by the Wiseman. Not only was she grown up and beautiful, but she was really powerful as well. Unfortunately, this didn't last (thanks to Sailormoon in the anime and Sailorpluto in the manga).
Probably the worst thing about Chibi is that she NEVER LEAVES!!! A few times in R and S we were lead to believe that she had gone back to the future for good, but this was unfortunately a load of crap. In Sailor Stars, she finally gets her little pink ass out of the show...after a few false starts, anyway
POWERS THAT SUCK (that would be all of them)
Pink Sugar Heart Attack-- Not really an attack...more like a pathetic attempt at being useful. A bunch of ugly pink hearts come out of her pendant/wand thing, and usually fall flat on their faces. Never actually hurts an enemy, just annoys it.PICTURES OF EVIL (heh heh...enjoy, fellow Chibi-haters)Twinkle Yell-- Again, this isn't really an attack because Pegasus does all the work. Pegasus appears and changes Sailormoon's wand into the SS wand so she can do the Moon Gorgeous Meditation.
Moon Gorgeous Meditation-- Done in conjunction with Sailormoon sometimes (what, you think she'd actually do something on her own?). Adds the annoyance factor to Sailormoon's otherwise cool attack.
